Goodbye January and February!

In the blink of an eye, March 2008 is here upon us. Looking back to the first and second month of the year, I have to say those two months were wonderful. Never did I expect it to be so, after having average years for the past two years.

In the month of January, I have:

New Year celebration was fantastic. I celebrated with my friends and had a sumptuous dinner and played firecrackers to celebrate the coming fantastic new year.

On the 3rd January, I had planned a few surprises for my honey My honey also planned a few surprises for me. It was really a fantastic day!

On January 6th, I made my new year resolution and baked cookies with my honey! Our first few attempts were outrageous but as we baked more, the cookies became more pleasant to our eyes and yummy-licious!

It was the seven sins day on January 9th. I made it official. It is a day to commit all the seven sins and post them in your blogs. I did mine but fall short of two.

I got my first job of the year on January 11th. The first job of the new year. I am glad to have a very good boss who is wacky and down-to-earth.

In the month of February, I have;

I was a selfless person on the 1st day of february. I bough shoes for my sister and do great for others instead of myself. I found out that I need to be selfless.

On february 2nd, I glammed it up and went to have wine at Denise Wine Shop .

It was a double celebration on the 7th february. It was our 100th day together and Chinese New Year! I really enjoyed the day.

We went to celebrate our joyous occasion at Fish and co and thereafter at gelatissimo for desserts. We felt that we needed to celebrate more, thus we went to Clark Quay at night. We celebrated our 100th day there.

I bought a new webcam I went to get a brand new webcam. I threw away my previous webcam months ago because it was spoilt and dirty and disgustingly ugly.

I had reunion dinner at my baby's house. It was really nerve-wrecking because I don't know what to expect but on the other hand I felt happy and accepted.

I had CNY dinner with Sophia's family. It was sumptuous meal on the february 9th.

I received my Valentine's Day Gift. Creative Zen STONE PLUS. 2GB; 1000 songs, FM radio, microphone, stopwatch etc and a travelsound speaker.

I did a homemade card for my honey for Valentine's Day .

I did a Valentine's Day surprise for my honey!

I went to Bintan on the 14th, 15th and 16th.

We went clubbing on the 2nd last night. We went La Luna Beach Club.

And then it was our last day at Bintan.

Eric and I went to Johor Bahru on the 23rd Feb and it was a first time and the second time for us to ride the KTM.

I visited the zoo! It has been a long time since I went there.

And today is the leap year! I had a fantastic January and February!

February 29th

Today is a special day because this day only happens once in four years! It all depends on you to decide whether today is a special day for you or a sad day. Because it will be sad to have your birthday to fall on this day.

But let's celebrate this occasion.

Happy 29th February Day!

February 29 is a date that occurs only every four years, in years evenly divisible by 4, such as 1988, 1996, 2008 or 2016 (with the exception of century years not divisible by 400, such as 1900).

These are called leap years, and February 29 is the 60th day of the Gregorian calendar in such a year, with 306 days remaining until the end of that year.

I am so going to watch The Leap Years.

Some Random Facts

Hey you! I am doing a quick update before I go M.I.A for a while. It is really ironic to see how people can stir up problems.

Yesterday, someone from IRC posed as me and distributed my photos and just this morning someone from my honey's contact on msn copied the i.p address together with the photos to my honey's msn.

Firstly, I would like to thank the person for pasting the i.p. That makes us easier tracing.

You know why my honey wouldn't believe that I was on IRC yesterday?

Number 1, I deleted my IRC.

Evil twin, "Don't k-siao la! You just pretend to delete but in actual fact you didn't delete.'

Fine lor, whatever. But nothing will beat what I am going to say next.

I was with my honey from morning till morning today. 24 / 7. And I wasn't even near the computer because I was 24 / 7 beside my honey.

Can I laugh out loud?

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA.

Okay, I'm preparing for Jocelyn's birthday and then going off to Genting soon.

The Lovely Rain

Its raining heavily. Thunders clapped and lighting flashed across the skies. Cold. Cold it is. This is the best part of my life. I have longed to experience rain at night and then wrapped myself with the blankets and falling asleep.

I love you honey. Our 4th month is coming soon!

Well I love a rainy night, I love a rainy night I love to hear the thunder
Watch the lightning, when it lights up the sky, you know it makes me feel good

Well I love a rainy night. It's such a beautiful sight. I love to feel the rain
On my face, to taste the rain on my lips in the moonlight shadow

Pasta; Too Hot To Handle

We decided to make pasta! Eric was the one who handled eveything and he was the only one who knows how to make pasta! We went to Holland Village cold storage and bought all the ingredients; chicken mince meat, tobasco, ham, herbs mushrooms, bacon bits, capciums.

Aileen did the washing, Eric did the cooking and cutting and slicing. Joanne did the slicing. I did... nothing.

I asked if they needed help; they did not need my help as they don't want too many people in the kitchen.

Tadah! The pasta!

And the clam chowder. I give the pasta 4.5 / 5 and the clam chowder 3 / 5.

Visiting The Zoo

We visited the zoo. We had complimentary passes. There are 200 over photos so it is rather impossible for me to upload all the photos onto blogger.

Joanne prepared sandwiches for us.

Our expedition began.

To regards of the previous entry; asking you to guess where I was, I was at the zoo! Thanks for the e-mails but none of you got it right.

We called that reptile the land crocodile.
