Tea Bar; Bio Germany Grange

We came across this shop called Tea Bar (BIO Germany Grange). They have so many different types of tea. Each tea has different benefits for our body. The friendly staff introduced us this tea called the Organic Cool Mint also known as Lemon grass & Peppermint Tea.

The sales lady was very friendly and her knowledge for tea was superb. She was very patient.

The box of tea costs NT$250 and it comes with 10 bags per boxes. They do sell loose packets.

The ingredients inside the tea are Liquorice, Flavouring, Apple Pieces, Peppermint & Lemon Grass.

The benefits of this Organic Cool Mint Tea is to help us with digestion, hiccups, farting, menstrual cramps, constricted muscles, decongestant as well as relieve headaches.

~ Peppermint isn't just a great stress reliever, it's also good for clearing respiratory issues, treating colds and helping to open up nasal and chest passages aided by its mentholated aroma.

~ Lemon grass helps us to aid with digestion, calming nervous disorders and helping in the treatment of high blood pressure.

Recommended use of water: 300 - 350cc, wait for 2 min before drinking, water temperature at 95 degree. If you prefer your tea to be sweet, you can add sugar or honey to make it sweeter. The tea is caffeine-free.
