Finally, My Luck Runs Out

In January, I'd won myself a six months SBS and NEL(North East Line) complimentary pass. In other words, I will be travelling for FREE with SBS and NEL line for the whole six months.

And then I won a leather bracelet bought and signed by Taufik Batisah. Fortunate I was to have gotten that from him. I have to thank my avid blog readers and my friends for voting my fanclub name which was placed with the other 4 top favorites.

I was proud that my fanclub name was flashed many a times in several newpapers and media. It was being recognised. My effort has not gone to waste. Also several occasions I was given a chance to meet Taufik Batisah and once to talk over the phone with him.

In February, my blog was being recognised by a few journalists and I was proud of myself that whatever I had written was being read by them.

And this month is one year of me writing at blogspot. Usually, I would give up blogging less than 6 months but knowing that my blog is being read by people in Singapore and other countries, I continued writing.

Then I was pleasantly surprised to come to know that I was among the top 25% who had achieved excellent results in my campus. For being able to be part of the top 25%, I was later rewarded a sum of $400 from my campus.

And because of my good grades, I was rewarded yet another sum of $250 from my mum. Elated I was. I wished I could get good grades always and be rewarded. Hey, I already have!

Recently, I applied for higher studies and when the results came in, I was glad to know that I was accepted by the campus. But however my classmates were not as lucky as I am.

They asked me, "Isaac, why do always good thigns happen to you? Why are you always so lucky?"

I wished they were right but then the inevitable happened.

Yesterday, I made a blunder mistake which caused my lecturer to rage. I did not promptly give back an important document which was given to me by my lecturer earlier on.

During the one hour break, I had to rush back to school by taking a cab even though it was only a seven minutes walk and then run to my locker, grabbed the documents and proceeded to the front school gate where my lecturer was waiting in his car.

As I reached the gate, I was greeted with disappointment as my lecturer had already left. Very disappointed I was at that moment.

You should be more responsible enough to pass back the document within the given time.

Those words pierced my heart.

And hours before I wrote this entry I was greeted with another disappointment.

"It has been rejected." said a lady.

I felt numb and gazed blankly at her.

My luck has run out.

A Tribute to Meridith and Gretchen

I hate blogger. After writing more than a thousand word, it shuts down and fails to recover my post, thus forcing me to write all over again. I am over and done with blogger, making me suffer always. Now I realize blogger isn't that great at all.
Let's get back to the topic that I am going to write about.

For the past six seasons of the Amazing Race, the older couples always failed to even secure themselves in the top 5 or the least top 6. They were always beaten by the younger ones. It's obvious that these older couples were physically weak. But they were nice and kind-hearted people unlike those younger racers.

The latest season of the Amazing Race, featured another older couples who has to compete with younger races again. Many believed they would not even make it to top 7 but as the episodes proceed, they were very wrong.

The older couples, Meridith and Gretchen have secured their place at number 7 for three consecutive legs. However, that number still wasn't good enough for them. They need to go forward.

Finally at the fourth leg of the race, they managed to get to position number 5 which was actually good enough for them to stay in the race for one more episode. They did not want to give up. They had showed us a lot of determination.

Throughout the race, they had overcome many obstacles especially for Gretchen. She had a bad fall which lead to a bleeding head but still she refused to give up and continued racing. I saluted her.

Unfortunately, they were last place. But the good news; it was a non-elimination leg. God has given them another chance to prove themselves that they can do it. However, they had to give the host all their cash and start with the next leg with zero dollars.

This season, yet again, they had set another new rule and that is to give all their possessions except for their passports and the clothes they are wearing if they were last place in a non-elimination leg.

Tough it may seems but they managed to get enough cash to go around the next race by asking help from strangers and from their fellow teammates. Boston Rob, previously from Survivor, stated that the older couples were the biggest con in the world by asking money from the other teammates.

But it seems to be that it was strategy and it is up to them to be kind-hearted enough to spare them some cash unlike Boston Rob. Hope they will suffer retribution by saying those harsh words to regards of the old couple.

Leg after leg, they prove wrong to many people including the teammates that they will not make it to final 5 but they did. And just yesterday's episode proved that Gretchen was strong-willed, climbing a ladder all the way up to the top of the castle, struggling with every steps she took, but she made it.

I was proud of her. To reward for her perseverance, they got the the 2nd position in the leg of the race. Happy and glad they were.

Sincerely, I hope they could be the winner for this season but I hardly doubt so. But I am happy enough to know that they had made it that far.

My New Cam (Updated with descriptions)

What do I usually do with my cam? I use it to cam chat with my friends!

Behind the scenes

Camming with my godbrother, Gregory!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: This would definitely be one of my wackiest pose of the night. I wasn't thinking right so I stick out my tongue and close my right eye indicating that I was some kind of a retarded boy.. to think back, I look so childish!

And I was listening to my mp3 player in fear of hearing the barkings again.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: I tried to do a cool pose (staring at the camera and not smiling) and it works for me.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: I did not realize that I have eyebags. And my hair is terribly messy. And from this picture it looks like as if I am wearing a bra. Grr! Thought of removing this picture but hey, it's behind the scene so just keep it lah!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: I tried to impersonate Jay Chou. It's kind of silly though. It's ridiculous to wear a vicer in the early morning. Now you can't see my eyebags!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: My godbrother figets around and would not want to sit properly. The makings of an Ah Pek.. I mean Ah Beng..

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: I tried to stare at the camera, trying to create the lustful looks but it did not work for me.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: Somehow, my cam fell off and I had to adjust it back. While adjusting I accidentally captured a picture of myself adjusting the camera. Not too bad ya?

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Above: Now you can see my eyes!

Above: My godbrother thinks that I am crazy, doing all those funny poses and completely ignoring as I was busy snapping my own pictures. Lucky for him, he had his friend to keep him company.

That's Mr. Pooh sitting behind him. Could only see his leg.

Above: Talking about Mr. Pooh! There he is!

Below: And he decided to show me his red dog...

Note, it's 2 in the morning. I was hoping that the dogs would bark again but they did not. I want a very big Doreamon soft toy as one of my birthday presents!

Stray Dogs

Woof! Woof! Woof!

Woof! Aaaa wooooo!

woof! Wolf!

Two stray dogs keeps on barking at night and in the wee hours. And sometimes they won't stop barking. I wonder what were they barking at?

It's very irritating. I can't even have a good night sleep. Even after I had close my windows shut, their barkings seem to have penetrated through the glasses.

Minutes ago, the dogs barked again. I had enough and went to the kitchen to get my secret weapon to shut them up. I could not stand their barkings any longer or I would go crazy.

I went back to the balcony and positioned my hands so that I can aim accurately at the dog.

I swung my hands and there it flew and hit the dog's body. It bark its last bark. Well, ~ not exactly. It ran away. I aimed at the other dog but missed.

It understands and moved away. If I ever hear barks again, I shall report to the, er, what do you call those people who capture stray animals?

Yup, if I ever hear barks again!

Oh, the item that I threw were ice cubes. Muahaha!

Miss Ruhua in Wedding Dress

"Love is like a piece of chocolate. It melts in your mouth and you will go, "Aaaaa yeah aaaa. Give me more, I want more. It is like orgasm," quoted Miss Ruhua.

Five months had passed since I last interviewed her which landed me in the mental institution. Since then I had resume back my post as a journalist and am assigned to interview Miss. Ruhua to regards of her wedding.

I feared that I could land myself in the mental institution again but because of my work ethnics, I decided to brave the storm and take the risks.

Weddings breed a certain type of insanity all their own. Sometimes it's family. Sometimes it's money. Sometimes it's religion. And sometimes, it's the clothes. Hands down, there is no experience in the world quite like shopping for, paying for, and getting fitted for The Dress.

"It's up there with the exquisite pain of root canal, and the agony of Thanksgiving at your mother in law's. Horrors one must endure, but which are usually forgotten (or rather, blacked out) after they're over."

The last thing I wanted to do was go to a bridal shop with Miss Ruhua. Seriously, it is the last thing to do on my list but I had no choice.

Suddenly, Miss Ruhua became a pessismist. She wasn't too sure if the wedding dress would fit her or she would look nice in it. All she ever do since we enter the bridal shop was to keep on whining.

How I wish I could kill her by wrapping the dresses over her head.

Picture the scene: You enter a locker-room sized space, whose walls are lined with individually wrapped, white, glowing creatures, hanging gently in the undulating breeze of the air conditioning. Like Odysseus, the Sirens call to you. They mesmerize you. They enrapture you. And they all look the same.

While Miss. Ruhua was getting her wedding dress on, I heard her horrendous screams, followed by her singing,"Wo de yi ke xin Muack Muack. Sian gei yi ge ren Muack Muack!"

I gasped in horror.

"Wo de yi ke xin Muack Muack! Sian gei yi ge ren Muack Muack!"

"Wo de yi ke xin Muack Muack! Sian gei yi ge ren Muack Muack!"

"Wo de yi ke xin Muack Muack! Sian gei yi ge ren Muack Muack!"

She was singing the same line over and over again. And then I suddenly realize that was the only line she memorized. Her singing had drive all the sales representives and bridal owner crazy.

Me: How are you today, Miss Ruhua?

Miss. Ruhua: Thank you.

Me: ... Eh? Are you excited to try on your wedding gown?

Miss Ruhua: Your welcome.

I pondered and tried asking her another set of questions.

Me: I heard rumours that you are marrying a very young man who is rich and owns a company of his own. Is it true, Miss Ruhua?

Miss Ruhua: "Wo de yi ke xin Muack Muack! Sian gei yi ge ren Muack Muack!"

I was flabbergasted. I got up from my seat and stormed towards the fitting room

And then the curtains withdrew.

I stood there, with my mouth wide open.

Wo de yi ke xin Muack Muack! Sian gei yi ge ren Muack Muack!"

All Ends Well

Three days of torture; heart aching and emotionally unstable. Finally, yesterday something good happened. I am feeling much better and am back to my normal self.

I came back from school feeling tired and sleepy. Probably an afternoon nap would solve the problem and it did. As soon as I got out from my bed, I checked my handphone if there were any news to regards of my other half.

"No text messages." Sad I was.

I logged on to MSN Messenger to check if my other half was online. To think back, what I did was reckless and also when I wasn't able to think right.

My godbrother, Gregory, MSN me and asked me to open my house door and look at what's being left outside. Still feeling blurry, I walked slowly. It was as if I was drunk.

I opened my door and shockingly enough I saw a bouquet of flowers, a box and a letter addressed to me. Immiediately, I took them and ran to my balcony to avoid my mum from seeing the things.

I knew who they were from and that abruptly created a smile on my face. I opened the letter and read the content. Upon reading it, my eyes became watery but I tried to force back the tears.

The last sentence which read, "I love you" brought my love barrier down and instantly, I knew that I'd forgiven my other half.

The flowers...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

... were nice - smelling. I was overjoyed. Apart from the beautiful flowers, I had also received Jewel - 0304 and Pieces of You albums.

Happy I was at that moment.

Whatever it is, I am happy that we are back together again.

Interview With Miss. Ruhua

Let's put aside all seriousness for once. Today, I had a chance of interviewing Miss. Ruhua from Jacky Cheung's show which is aired on every Sunday at 9p.m at channel 8.

If you are not sure of who I am talking about, fret not! You will get to see her in minutes time. It is a very rare opportunity and it will be your bad if you missed this interview.

Enough talk and let's get on with the show.

I sat anxiously at the odd looking red color sofa, sipping my cup of coffee while waiting for Miss. Ruhua. I waited for more than 20 minutes but yet there was still no sign of her.

I was getting impatient.

Abruptly, the door opened and there stood a lady dressed in tee-shirt and track pants. I wore my glasses to get a clearer look and there she was, Miss. Ruhua.

She approached me with tiny steps. Slowly but catiously as she was wearing high heels. To think of it, her dressing did not really match her shoes. But who cares as long she did not keep me waiting for another 20 minutes.

Miss Ruhua waved at me. And I waved back.

Before the interview starts, I requested to take a photo of her and she agreed. To my blog readers who still are clueless of who she might be, wait no further as I show you her photo.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

And the truth finally came to light. the picture above is Miss. Ruhua.

She sat next to me, crossing her legs and sipping on my coffee. "YUMMY! nice coffee you have there," she said. "Must be the combination of sugar and coffee and your saliva. I love it."

I looked at her, shocked. Then I proceeded to take my notepad out of my pouch and flipped the pages till I reach an empty page. "We can begin the interview now, Miss Ruhua." I gestured.

She nodded her head frantically and violently as if her head was falling from her body.

Isaac: What do you think of yourself, Miss Ruhua?

Miss Ruhua: Don't be so formal la! Just call me Ruhua can liao. Oh, what I think about myself ah? I think I am very pretty. You see me on television, I look a little ugly but if you meet me outside, you will go like, "WOAH! Is that Miss. Ruhua? She look so pretty!" I was very flattered.

Isaac: And.. I..

Before I could proceed to the next question, she was not yet finish with hers.

Miss Ruhua: Some people say I look like Jennifer Lopez. Some people say I look like Britney Spears. Very flattering hor? I told them I'm just a plain jane but once, an uncle (Chi ko pek) approached me and say I'm hot! Sizzling hot!

Isaac: ...

Miss Ruhua: And then he started to grab my breast and play with it. I feel shioked ah! I told him to stop but he refused. Then came his wife. I thought she would slap me but that did not happen. You want to know what happen, honey?

Isaac: *Hesitated* Sure...

Miss Ruhua: She said, "Wah Miss Ruhua! - My Idol! Why you so pretty? I want to become like you!" I was happy to hear her compliments. Too happy that I decided to share my beauty tips with her.

Isaac: So what's your beauty tips for women out there? How did you manage to look like that.

Miss Ruhua: Aiyah! Very simple one! Every day you must put alot alot of make-up.Then you will look pretty lor. You want me to put some on your face?

Isaac: No thanks! I'm happy with the way I look.

Miss Ruhua: So you think I am not happy with my looks? Well, excuse me!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Miss Ruhua: Do you know how much trouble I take to achieve this beautiful hairdo?!

Isaac: Well... No.

Miss Ruhua: Well, first of all, I smear a complete set of mis-matched makeup onto my face before stuffing my entire head into a pantyhose!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Miss Ruhua: Once I remove it...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

TA-DAH!

Miss Ruhua: Don't you think it's absolutely fabulous? Here, why don't we give it a try on you? Think of it, a wonderful makeover by the one and only Ruhua!

Isaac: No, no, I'm a guy! I don't need makeup or a makeover!

Miss Ruhua: Nonsense! Even guys need to look pretty sometimes! Come on, you know you want it!

Isaac: Noooooooooo!

Miss Ruhua proceeds to force me into an awfully uncomfortable (fake) leather chair equipped with handcuffs and legcuffs.

Isaac: I refuse!

But Miss Ruhua proved to be too strong and cheerfully begun her ungodly experiment. She begins by applying eyeliner onto my eye lids, tracing thick lipstick all over my lips and cheeks and scratching her armpits. Soon, I realised that I was beginning to look like Ronald McDonald.

He was a horrible man, and was arrested a few years back.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

"What for?" You might ask. Well, children, raping women was never a good thing to do, especially in public!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Miss Ruhua: It's done!

I looked at a mirror. As it shattered into pieces, I ran out of the room, hollering at the top of my voice with people whispering to themselves.

Miss Ruhua: A job jolly well done!

Isaac is currently withheld within a mental institution with his mental status marked as: DO NOT SHOW PATIENT MAKE UP OR ANY OTHER VARIOUS COSMETICS. His other half still visits him on a regular basis.

As for Miss Ruhua, she is back in her salon with no charges.

A Waste of Time

One by one of my classmates and friends have already received the letter from National Service. Yes, without a doubt, I am feeling terrified and nervous. Who would not be?

Seriously, it is just a waste of my bloody time. They say you will be tough and strong but when I take a look around at my fat friends who went to N.S, they still they look so fat and weak.

I apologize if my words are blunt because I have no time to write or to even think nicer words to replace the harsh words that has to be used. I have no time to crack my brains to think of better words.

When you go N.S, you will turn into a real man; become more mature and sensible. My FOOT!

Some still have not changed their bad habits after undergoing the two years in N.S. Such a waste of time. I could have done better things than to commit myself to this N.S thing.

Nature

There I was , alighting from the bus and walking to the pedestrian crossing, listening to Ayumi Hamasaki's song; forgiveness. It was supposedly to be a sad song but since I did not understand what she was singing, I turned it into an uplifting song.

As I walked, a few flower petals fell onto my hair and in front of me. When I was about to cross the road, I saw people staring in my direction. I was pondering what could really grab their attention.

Without even realizing, dried flower petals and leaves were falling all around me. And then there was a gentle breeze, ruffling my hair and blowing against my face. I looked up and saw what was happening; it was raining leaves and petals.

I stopped what I was doing and admire the falling petals and leaves. Somehow, I felt I was in heaven or should I say at a meadow. I felt grounded. I feel nature.

I did not want to move and wished for the time to stand still. I wished to sit down or even to lie down while the leaves and petals fall on me. but I can't.

I moved on.

I desire to be surrounded by leafy green trees sprouting yellow flowers which will rain upon me creating a picturesque scene.

I have always wanted this to happen and finally it happened.

My New Friend

Two weeks back, I was supposedly to message one of my friends to regards of school matters. Somehow, I did not realize that I had keyed in the wrong number.

My cellular beeped and there it indicated that I had received a message. I read and realize that I had accidentally keyed in two different digits at the back of the handphone number from the original.

Asked to re-confirm if he was the person I was looking for, I sent him another message again. It was clear that I messaged the wrong number but I was stubborn and wanted to know who the other sender really was.

Minutes later, I received a messaged indicating his full name. I was pleasantly surprised. He was someone who I recently know at a singing practice. Not that, I participated in the practise but I was there to accompany my other half.

As days passed by, we chatted via SMSes and we got to know each other a little better.

The bottom line is it's really an eye opener to have messaged to a wrong number and found out that it was someone whom we knew.

The Chalet Story: Final Installation

Author's Note: This is a continuation from part 3 of The Chalet Story. Before reading this entry, read part 1, 2 and 3 first to avoid confusion.

... As soon as it was five in the morning, I hailed a cab to go back home. Others were sad to see me leave but I promised them that I will be back since all my stuffs were still at the chalet.

Upon reaching my doorstep, I rang the door bell. But nobody answered. I was all alone outside, waiting.

Tired, I sat at the chair that was placed outside of my doorway. I waited for a couple of minutes before ringing the doorbell again. I began knocking on the wooden door like a madman.

"Mummy, it's me! Open up the door! Open up the door! Open up the door!" I shouted.

Then the door creaked open slowly. A tall figure stood behind the door. Hurry up!I thought.

My dad opened the door and let me in without me answering any of his questions as I was rushing to the bathroom.

I heaved a huge sigh of relieve as I slowly slide opened my bathroom door. My mum prepared me tea to ease my stomach. I went to the balcony and checked my e-mails before proceeding to my room.

Without hesitation, I jumped onto my bed and hug my bolster to sleep. At that point of time, I missed my darling so much. I wished I was hugging my darling instead of my smelly bolster filled with cum stains.

Evil Twin: Eww! You're so disgusting! You masturbate every single night and you don't bother to clean up the mess!

Me: Did you put a spy cam in my room?

Evil Twin: ...

Time passed by so swiftly that it was already in the afternoon. I had missed out all the fun but still I was glad that I was sleeping on my comfy bed.

I woke up and prepared myself. By the time I reached the chalet, it was already 5 and it seemed that I had missed a whole load of fun.

Since I was already late, why not make my entrance with grand and style, I thought. I rent a pair of roller blades and wore my shades. I skate with style and elegance until I reached the unit.

Abruptly, I lost my balance and fall flat on my butt. Talking about style and elegance huh?

As I stepped into the unit, I saw only two of my classmates. I pondered where the rest could have gone to. And then I realize they were all in the room upstairs. I decided to tip-toed my way up and opened the door abruptly scaring the hell out of some of my classmates.

It was already six and so I decided to start preparing the barbeque stuffs. With the help of Rahila and Devi, we managed to set up the babeque pit with ease. But misfortune happened minutes later when rahila tried to get the fire started.

A tiny flame burnt a hole in Rahila's jeans. Lucky for her, the hole wasn't somewhere that would reveal the most sacred part of her body.

At one point, everyone seemed to be staring at a particular something. Hazman, the muscular guy in the picture, was scratchin his body. He claimed that the particular something made him itched.

While the two girls appeared to be like mannequins. Time seems to stand still.

Evil Twin: Of course la! Pictures can't move what! Use your brain ah! Use your brain!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Then we decided to take a class photo together...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Carol refused to have her pictures taken while I was the photographer. That explained why we weren't in the photo.

Yet again, the photo seemed innocent and decent to you right?

Well...

You're so wrong!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

The ones circled in light blues were looking at the guy's butt.

The girl circled in blue(Rahila): Oh my! His butt looks awfully delicious. I better try not to make it too obvious by ogling at his butt like Taufik.

The guy circled in blue(Taufik): *Tilted his body towards Rahila so that he could get a better view of the guy's butt* Oh la la! I can feel my hands squeezing his butt. It's so firm and tight!

If you see the picture carefully, there was someone who wasn't too happy with Taufik and that is the guy circled in white.

The guy circled in white(Salimie): WHY YOU BRAT! I LOVED YOU SO MUCH AND YET YOU LOOK AT ANOTHER GUY'S BUTT!

Here's another one.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Nothing seems to be wrong with this picture, you may say. I beg to differ.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Told you so!

At 7.30pm, Carol had to go as she had something on. I thanked her for coming even though she had a busy schedule. At that time, Mr. Samuel came and stayed for a mere 10 minutes. Nevertheless, he bought for us two fruit juice bottles.

Then the barbeque food were ready. Everyone except for me dashed and grabbed those food and gobbled them up within split seconds. I was upset and decided to barbeque my own food.

Mr. Shafique, our class advisor, came with his fiance. We were glad that the chalet had a big turn out. We were thankful that this time round, it worked out. It really alleviated our spirits.

However, the two dearest person I'd invited did not come. Sad I was.

I decided to roller blade by myself till it was 9pm. Yet again, I missed a photo-taking section with Mr. Shafique and his fiance.

Urgh! Why must I always miss out the good parts?

Then Mr.Byju, our Local Area Network(LAN), came. We took another class photo which includes Mr.Byju.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Picture Perfect!

A close-up...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Then Mr. Byju, Devi, Rahila, Taufik and I decided to play a game of bowling. It was a dreadful walk as it was extremely far from our chalet. I was almost breathless and I fell three times while roller-blading.

Shame on me!

Approximately half an hour later, we arrived at our designated location. Devi decided not to play as she had injured her wrist while boxing Dverg and bringing back Taufik to safety.

I was second to go. While waiting for my turn, I decided to take a photo with Devi.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I looked awfully short when I tugged in my shirt.

Without even looking at the scores, everybody already know who the winner would be. It was clear-cut ME!

Hitting down almost all the pins and scoring a few strikes, it was impossible for the rest to beat me with the scores. I was unbeatable.

After the game, we decided to take another picture. At that moment, Rahila somehow developed a mood-swing...

At first, she was moody and her expression tells it all that she was fuming mad for no apparent reason..

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

The next moment...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

She was smiling and laughin hysterically. Devi tried to distanced herself from her.
I was sad that Salimie and Erna weren't able to join us for the Bowling game. The game was fun but without them, our night was a little less dull.

Then we bid goodbye to Mr. Byju. Now I know the reason why he took many pictures of us.

He wanted these pictures to be an evident to his wife that he was out with his students and not having affairs outside. HAHAHA!

We sat at MacDonalds and took our supper before leaving for the beach. I, however, wasn't able to walk properly as I was on blades. Many a times, I had difficulty balancing myself as I was already tired and sleepy.

An hour later, we arrived back at the chalet. The rest of us decided to sleep since we were very tired and sleepy but Taufik was still very hungry.

He decided to gobble up a entire chicken wing.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

The night is a very dark and mysterious time of day; only at night, can people scream, walk, talk and sit up, sometimes without recollection in the morning. Many things are going on in the brain as the eyes close, and the mind begins to wander.

A bed can turn into a dream machine for some, or it can turn into a "worst nightmare" for others. When waking up in the morning and feeling more exhausted occurs, it is time to evaluate what is going on when the mind takes over.

Sleep, as important as it is, often becomes a neglected part of life. Especially for teenagers, sleep sometimes is a rare thing, while some people appear to be able to do without sleep, eventually, it will "catch" up to them. Once the eyelids close, the muscles relax yet, the brain is just getting started.

There I was sharing the mattress with my friend, Taufik who actually occupied 3/4 of the bed. He was big size (muscular), therefore the need to have that extra space. However, I was struggling to keep myself on the mattress and not to roll to the cold hard floor.

While he was already asleep, I was still trying to get myself to sleep. I was not comfortable with my sleeping position. I was unable to move around the mattress.

Only minutes later I slept. Occasionally I was awaken by Taufik's snoring. For a moment, I thought of suffocating him with a pillow or hit him unconcious with the metal hanger but then again, I was too tired to do so.

When I was about to close my eyes, I saw his arm swinging in my direction. Oh no! I'm doom for! I thought.

BAM!

His arm hit against my chest and I spurted out saliva. I swear that if I am suppose to go for another chalet and to stay overnight, I will not sleep with Taufik again. Never!

The room started to become cramped as another one of our muscular classmates came in and occupied the space below my feet. GOD! That was the first time I felt so restricted in my entire life.

The time ticked pass hastily and soon it was already morning. Everyone except for Taufik and I were still deep in our sleep. The rest were already packing up their belongings.

It was 9am; still an hour and a half to go before we book out from our chalet. I did not had a good night sleep. I was too tired to open my eyes. I wanted to continue sleeping.

Minutes later, Taufik woke up and got out from bed, only leaving me, the only person to be still sleeping. But finally, I felt free. I began tossing and turning around the mattress.

At last, FREEDOM!

But it was taken away from me when I had to wake up. I groaned and unreluctantly got out from my bed, still feeling tired and blurry.

Minutes later, everyone was ready and we were ready set off. A good beginning with a good ending.

I would like to thank everyone who made this chalet possible and happening. I would not have done it without them. I truly appreciate those who still take the time to come down to our chalet despite your busy schedule.

This chalet really means alot to a few of us especially when it is the last class chalet that I will be organizing. Those who did not even try to participate into coming to our chalet, I see no interest of you as more than a classmate.

Many pleasant things happened in the chalet but as blogger kept on having the downtime error which really pisses me off, I skipped a few parts. Reading it is not as interesting as being there yourself. You have to experience it to get to know us better and to be able to experience the close bonds between us.

I will not forget those 3 days and 2 nights I'd spent with my classmates who are and will be my friends forever.

...

...

Since Rahila's birthday was over, it was time for her to do her daily chores.

Voices

Hey, your other half is much younger than you by four or five years.. or hey, your other half is older than you by six to seven years?

But some say age would not be a problem or a barrier to their relationship. However, I have to agree with that. Who cares if my other half is younger or older than me by four to five years.

As long as I love my other half, that's all matters.

Others say that having a other half who is younger than you or probably still at the age 15 or 16 could be rather complicated.

At this age, they are still finding their identity. Some would not be able to commit to a serious relationship. Even if they do try, it would not last. They are still too young to be able to understand the true meaning of LOVE.

At this very age, they are good at flirting. At this very age, they want to be accept in this modern society; to be able to have alot of friends. They want to be popular. They want to be cool. They want to SOCIALIZE.

But when they grow older, then they will begin to understand having alot of friends actually means NOTHING. What is the point of having many friends when they will not be able to be there for you if you encounter problems.

Would you rather have many friends who will probably abandon you halfway in life or have an other half who will promise to love you forever?

What's the use of befriending strangers in IRC when you already have plenty of friends? To be popular or you would rather say I want to socialize more.

And then to jeapordize your current relationship even though both of you trust one another. You can never know what lies ahead in the future.

Some say at the age of 16, you tend to be immature about love. Sometimes I have to agree on that.

When you are much older, I believe then you understand how I feel.

I feel empty now. I feel loveless. I feel that our connections are tearing off even though you felt it is still alright.

I gave in each time. Approving to everything you say, letting you have what you want. But each time I tried to tell you not to do certain things, your mood changes and I have to take back what I say just in order not to upset you.

Scenario 1: I plan for something grand for you but suddenly my plans were abruptly interrupted when you had to go out with your parents or go out with your friends at night or having to go to your singing practices.

I don't mind. I tried to made other plans so that they won't intercept with yours.

Scenario 2: When you were sick, you were persistent to still play badminton but I told you to have a good rest at home and cancel the appointment. You became moody.

I have to take back what I'd said because I don't want you to get upset.

Scenario 3: When I tried to tell or explain to you in a soft manner, you thought I wasn't too happy with your decisions.

I have to say I was kidding.

Scenario 4: I was asking why you still go to IRC to find new friends when you already have plenty of them. Note, I was just asking. And you thought I forbid you.

But seriously is it wrong to just ask a small favour and that is for you not to chat in IRC anymore?

I think it will be wrong because you will start to become angry.

Everytime, it is your way. When will I have mine? When can I have my way.

I'm tired, really tired.

Celest Chong Lip Sync

You may ask, So what if Celest Chong lip sync on a live concert? Ashlee Simpsons lip sync too!

I've seen Stefanie Sun and Stella Ng, our two popular Singaporean singers, sing live without lip sync-ing. Why can't Celest Chong do the same? Was she afraid that she may cork up during her live performance?

If that was what she was afraid of, such loser she is. To begin with, her voice isn't that good either. She should not have claim and brag that she is a singer since she isn't that good!

ROAR!

Why are you so hard up on her? Why do you always bring her down?

Because she sang a chinese version of STAND which was originally sang by Jewel Kilcher. Celest even change the title to Snowflakes. What audicity! How can her rendition of Snowflakes be much better than Stand?

What was she thinking?

Never to mess with a Jewel Kilcher hardcore fan!

I've been to Avril Lavigne's concert recently and was glad she did not lip sync. She could have done so but that would be rather fake and might displeased the fans by doing so.

Though I have to admit she made a few wrong pitches but what the heck! Nobody is perfect! She's only 20 and she knows what not to do certain things during a live concert and that is to lip sync!

Shame on you Celest Choooooooooooooong!

Transmission Ceased

I would not be able to blog for another three more days due to many reasons. Currently, my 5 other classmates and I am doing a school project which will be submitted pretty soon but because of our negligence and slow moving pace work, we had fallen terribly behind.

Now, it's time for us to catch up as not much time is left. However, only one in my group is really knowledgable about the codings and connections and that makes us proceed even slower.

Not that I am saying the others including myself do not know how to do codings and connections but we are not that good at it. Though we tried to help in many other ways; creating the user interface, finding information on our subject on the internet and consulting the lecturers.

Personally, I think that is not enough to minimize the work load for our group assistant leader. I shall try to pool in as many resources as I can.

Anyone who knows how to create a registration and login page using dreamweaver, please kindly e-mail me at icyboy85@gmail.com or MSN me if you have my e-mail address.

I truly appreciate your help! Xie Xie!

I am also trying to perfect-fied my site. Noticed that there are no more than one scrollbars? And my right side is now more neat and organized. But there are still many things to be modified in my blog.

The final part for The Chalet Story will be up by the end of this week.

The Chalet Story: A Night Out At Esplanade

Author's Note: This is a continuation of the 3rd part of the chalet story entry. If you're new here or someone who came back here a few days later, read part 1 and 2 before reading the 3rd installation.

...He rushed to the back and opened the door. His eyes went wide open, surprised. He was shocked to see someone who looks exactly like him. We fear something like this might happen.

Dverg, who I mentioned in my 2nd installation, has escaped from the mental institution at Hougang and disguised as a Sentosa's bus driver. Now, he's here, right at our doorstep.

Without hesitation, Dverg rushed towards Taufik and hit him in the head. Taufik lost his balance and hit against the wall before collapsing to the wet ground.

Dverg dragged Taufik and dumped him in the rubbish chute.

*Five seconds paused*

Evil Twin: Is this a chalet story or some kind of action pack story? Proceed!

"Is everything okay?" shouted Rahila from the living room.

Dverg entered the unit and closed the door behind him. "Yeah, everything is fine!"

He smirked.

I was then requested to accompany Michael to walk to the beach. Somehow, I felt Michael was troubled but I dare not ask as I fear of annoying him in some way or another.

As we walked to the beach, we did not really communicate or if so, it was only a one-line sentence. I wasn't able to know what topic to be raised or asked. Michael and I only really started talking when we were approaching the 3rd semester of school.

I would always thought Michael was anti-social and that cool guy in class but now, my opinion on him has changed.

The sun set in the sky as Michael and I walked along the beach. Michael wore a loose fitting, open collar shirt, and rugged blue jeans. He wanted to venture further down to the water but I refused to follow suit as I was wearing shoes and socks and it would be quite troublesome to take them off.

With each step of his bare feet he could feel the individual grains of sand as they rubbed against his skin, massaging him into a peaceful bliss. Looking out upon the sea, all even we could see was the deep blue water. The beautiful sun shone upon our skin, basking us in absolute warmth.

We could hear the soft chirping of seagulls in the distance and the crunching of the sand beneath Michael's feet.

I walked beside his friend, careful enough not to get my shoes and jeans wet. When I breathed, cool, salt-filled air filled my lungs, relaxing me. I could hear nothing save the gentle rolling of the waves. I saw nothing but the water and sand. I felt no more than the sand at his feet and the wind at his back.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Michael inquired, glancing at
me.

"Yeah... it is," I replied, smiling.

"If it looks this good to me, I can't begin to imagine how amazing it is for you."

"Well," Michael began with a smile, "it's pretty amazing."

I laughed. "Yeah, you can probably see miles out there, can't you?" I asked, pointing out towards the sea.

Michael stopped and surveyed the glistening water. "Yeah, kinda."

I chuckled again. "Cool."

We walked a little farther.

After some time, Michael broke the companionable silence once again: "Isaac?"

"Yeah, Michael?"

"I love you Isaac." Michael said hesitantly.

I was, of course, stunned. I slapped him in the face and ran away from him as fast as I could. But then again, he did not say I love you to me and I did not slap him It was all part of my imagination and to make my entry look longer.

Michael stopped and turned to me. "Well..."

I intervened as I knew what he was going to say. He has to juggle his personal problem, his school work and friend issues. Too many for one to handle.

Taking things easy sometimes may solve the problem faster and you will not get stressed out easily.

After a while, Michael and I decided to join back the rest at the chalet.

We then prepared ourselves to watch a movie at Marina Square and advanced to the lobby to wait for the shuttle bus to Bedok Interchange.

Rahila and Devi decided to take pictures together.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Rahila didn't look too happy in this picture. She was forcing herself to smile. What could be wrong?

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Ah! I see. Did you realize that she is much taller now compared to the previous picture.

Rahila: Hehehe! I'm taller. You're short Devi! Hehehe!

At the lobby, more pictures were taken. Snap, snap and snap!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

From left to right: Nadiah, Erlina, Devi and Rahila

I would have to apologise for the blurry picture. Only the owner of the handphone model 7610, which will be me, knows how to use the build-in camera functions.

Evil Twin: Oh wait! Look at the guy in orange shirt? Isn't he...

Marilyn Monroe: Hehehehe! He's Dverg, posing as Taufik and nobody noticed. Weeee!

Taufik: *Makes the weird hand sign* YEAH BABY! YEAH! I ROCK!

Salimie, Michael and I find it rather peculiar that Taufik was behaving oddly. He was always quiet and decent but at that very moment, he was somehow eccentric.

Now, it was the couples' turn to have their pictures taken together.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Erlina and Salimie. Recently, we refered them as the next Jennifer Anniston and Brad Pitt.

Next...

"Taufik, I thought you were wearing a white tee shirt and blue jeans? When did you change to this outfit? I never seen this shirt before during our two years of being together. I thought you hated wearing shirts that look obscene to the eyes?" Nadiah, the girl beside him said.

"Oh shut up! I'd change in my taste and I like it this way!" shouted Taufik.

Nadiah cried for several minutes, causing her to have panda eyes when this photo was taken.

The one thing Dverg hate the most is to see girls cry.

There're such wimps. Dverg thought.

Dverg decided to make up to Nadiah by cuddling her in the next photo.

Then Michael parted as we reached the golden village at Marina Square. I was of course dead set on watching boogeyman. What a better way to scare oneself by watching a horror movie at night instead of a romantic comedy.

I was seated next to Salimie and Taufik but was asked to sit next to Devi and to the empty seats on my right. I giggled when I realized the girls were afraid but as the movie proceeded, it turned out to be me screaming at the top of my voice.

Fear engulfed me; scary movie, empty seats and Devi who appeared to resemble a ghost by the name of Sadako which appeared in the movie, The Ring.

All the time, I covered my eyes with my hands, not wanting to watch the movie. Every now and then, I tried to sneak a peek in between my fingers only to realize a shadowy figure blocking my view. Its hair flung to my direction and as if it's faceless.

I screamed yet again causing turmoil in the cinema. I became loony and pranced around the cinema. The other patrons were shocked and screamed too. Not because that the show was scary but they fear I might start to kill them as I was holding onto a butcher's knife.

You may ask where I got it from.

It came from my imagination.

It did not happen. I was only screaming away but did not get loony.

After the movie, we proceeded to the Esplanade. We then celebrated Rahila's birthday. There were nosy passer-bys who asked what was the occasion but actual fact, they wanted to taste the cake that we bought.

Shame on you!

We bought chocolate cake and I still do not understand why many people favor chocolate over vanilla or strawberry.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

We sang the birthday song and Rahila requested us to take pictures of her.

She was thinking of a pose...

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Finally, she came up with one.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Soon after, we cut the cake into smaller pieces. We decided to give some to the nosey passer-bys as they took the time to ask. Ha Ha!

I requested them to give me the smaller pieces as I was watching my diet.

Afterwards, Hazman met up with us, bringing along one of our ex-classmates, Sufian. We were glad to see him.

Then we decided to walk all the way from Esplanade to Benjamin Sheares Bridge. I was told that the bridge was haunted and we dared one another to walk till we reach that very bridge.

I wasn't too keen as I had been there before and I once felt evil presence. My gal friend who went with me back then was having her period. Thus, it was easier for her to feel the evil presence and see ghost.

True enough, she saw a young lady dressed in white hanging upside down at the bridge. My gal friend saw the lady in white running around above her head. She dare not look up.

Instantly, we decided to leave the place but only to realize by my gal friend that the lady in white was somehow following us from behind. My friend's shoulder felt heavy as if there was something placed on her shoulder.

The corner of her eyes saw the lady's head on her shoulder, smiling to her. She freaked out and almost fainted.

We promised each other not to go back to the bridge ever but there I was decided to walk to the bridge with new people.

As I approached the bridge, a strong gust of wind blew against our direction as if warning us not to go another step further. But we did not heed the warnings. We continued walking.

As we got under the bridge, I had goosebumps. I was terribly frightened. I felt her presence.

My friends were braver than me. They did not care about anything. They even spoke loudly. Echoes could be heard. They assured me that nothing will happen but still, I should be cautious.

I dare not look up in fear of seeing the lady in white.

Time seemed to tick so slowly. Eventually, nothing happened. I was thinking too much. I believed at that point of time, we had walked more than 3 kilometers.

Tiring it was for me and others. So we decided to take a rest at one of the shelters. Glancing at my wrist watch, it was only 1 in the morning. It was a long way to go before sun rise.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

As it was dark, it was difficult for my camera phone to capture still clear pictures. But hey, this photo isn't that bad!

After 15 minutes of rest, we decided to walk back the way we came from. This time we wanted to walk to the merlion located near One fullerton. Far it may seem but we manage to get there with ease.

Only when we had settled at the steps near the Merlion, fatigue took over some of us. I dozed off but was awaken by a cute cat which was apparently chasing ants.

I grabbed the cat and hug it tight.

Purrrrrr!

"Let me go! Let me go, you filthy human!" shouted the cat.

But soon after, with my constant massaging on its back, the cat fell asleep. I dare not move as I fear I might wake the cat up. I sat still till I had stomach upset. I needed the toilet urgently.

I abruptly moved my leg causing the cat to wake up. I decided to move it away from my thighs but somehow it was reluctant. It's claws gripped my jeans and whenever I tried to push it away, it gently bit my fingers.

I could no longer stand it anymore. I abruptly shove the cat away from me and dashed to the nearest toilet.

Even though I already visited the toilet to release my bowels, I still had the urgency of using the toilet again on several occasions.

We went to Lau Pat Sat to have our supper. I ordered something spicy to challenge my stomach - mutton chop but it was of no use.

As soon as it was five in the morning, I hailed a cab to go back home. Others were sad to see me leave but I promised them that I will be back since all my stuffs were still at the chalet.

Upon reaching my doorstep, I rang the door bell. But nobody answered. I was all alone outside, waiting...

The Chalet Story: The First Day

...Then she screamed upon seeing me.

I looked at her, shocked and awkward. "Oh my!" Immediately I looked away and directed my attention to the cat that I was still spanking.

The cat began to fidget and mew really loudly, "Mew! MEWWWWWWWWWWW!

If I were to translate it to human language, "Stop it already! My butt hurts!" the cat shouted. The cat managed to break free from me and ran to the kitchen and hid under the dining table.

Erlina quickly ran into her room and shut the door close.

Evil Twin: Was she naked at that moment?

Me: No...

Evil Twin: Then why must you feel awkward if she was not even close to being naked?

Me: Aiyah, it's a guy thing la!

Evil Twin: ...

Erlina's mother was preparing the two main dishes that were supposed to be brought to the chalet on the first day, Jemput-Jemput Prawn and Fried Kuay Teow.

I sneaked into the kitchen and took some of the jemput-jemput away without her mum realizing. Minutes later, the number of jemput-jemput reduced tremendously.

Finally, they realized what was happening and stopped me from eating any more jemput-jemput or else Erlina would be bringing only the Fried Kuay Teow.

Meanwhile...

The mental patients at the mental institute at Hougang were rebelling. They had become more insane than ever. Some managed to escape from the asylum and were running loose in the streets.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Other mental patients who were less insane and still has some IQ left tried to blend in with the normal people like the guy in the below picture.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

His name is Dverg but his fellow mental patient friends addressed him as Espinado. He is one of those who were clever enough to blend in with the normal behaving people.

Hours ago, he was seen lurking around at Sentosa. Deciding to take the risk, he knocked one of the Sentosa's bus driver unconcious.

Then he stripped him off his clothes and wore them, disguising himself as one of the Sentosa's bus driver working there.

And then it was his shift to drive the bus. Without any driving license and being someone who was shut out from the real world for more than 10 years had made him clueless of how he was going to get about.

Yes, 10 long years in the asylum. He was admitted when he was at the age of 5. He had paraded in the streets naked and tried killing his parents with two bananas. Now, how insane is that?

Evil Twin: ...

At 2.30pm, I reached the chalet with Erlina, Devi and Salimie. We were the early ones there, waiting for Noradilla to collect the keys before proceeding to our unit.

Minutes later, we figured that we were able to collect the keys by ourselves. We then advanced to our unit.

The unit was shockingly wide and spacious.

Erlina turned cranky and started prancing around. Somehow, it seemed that she was jiggling her boobs vigorously.

So we decided to join in the fun and jiggle with her.

Hours later, Hazman, Rahila, Nadiah and Taufik Salim arrived. Weird enough, Taufik Salim resembled someone.

The below picture is him.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Now, let's do some comparison.

Image hosted by Photobucket.comImage hosted by Photobucket.com

Oh god! Both of them look identical. How can we tell them apart if both of them were to cross each other's path?

We shall worry about that later.

By 6, everyone was there and what a great way to kick start the evening by taking photos.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Ah! I wore too extravagantly while the rest only wore tee-shirts and jeans or pants. What a fashion whore I am! The jacket was bought at TOPMAN at a price of 100 over dollars.

Salimie exclaimed that I was going to a fashion show instead of a chalet.

The girl beside me is the down-to-earth Rahila.

Since the picture was nicely taken, we decided to take another one with me still in the same position while Rahila decided to try another pose.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

The above picture may seem innocent and you will think that nothing is wrong with the above picture.

... But you're so wrong!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I told you so!

Then I decided to have my picture taken with Devi. This time, Rahila will be the photographer.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

The photo above is blurry and I know what's the reason for that. Rahila feared that it will be picture perfect again and we might want to take another one which will then reveal Devi's costly ring.

That won't happen! Rahila thought. Hehe!

Then we heard a loud bang coming from the back of our unit.

"I'll check it out," said Taufik.

He rushed to the back and opened the door. His eyes went wide open, suprised.

... To be continued
