Birthday Cakes

Today, 31st August 05, is my sister's birthday. And what's a birthday without a birthday cake or should I say cakes?

One of my mother's friends bought my sister a durian cake!

It was time for my sister to cut the cake but then hor, she did not want her picture to be taken?

How ah?

Am I suppose to take her picture and then blur it later when I sent it to my laptop or should I just take the cake, her hand and her body and leave her face out of the picture?

I decided to take the picture of the cake and the knife.

Aiyah! She don't want to take picture with the cake, then I take lah!

What did I tell you people?

I look really really ugly IF I do not gel up my hair.

And the tee shirt that I was wearing has very short sleeves. I hate very, very short sleeves or sleeveless shirt unless I have very huge biceps lah.

Okay, maybe not very huge. I just want to have nice biceps which I could flaunt to others.

And my mother bought cakes from Secret Recipe.

These two are my cakes.

[Above picture] Oreo Cheese and Choc Cheese. Yummy!

[Above picture] Black forest and I forgot what's the other flavour.

When I capture using flash, the pictures look too bright. When I idsabled the flash, the pictures look dark. Haiyoh!

Anyway, happy birthday to my sister again!

Fun @ Sentosa

I met Rahila and Devi at the Harborfront bus interchange at 1345hours. I was late for 15 minutes. Hey, that's not bad already and Salimie and Erlina was even later than me.

We took the shuttle bus from the interchange to Sentosa. A pretty short journey I must say. It's like blinking your eyes. Okay, maybe that's too exagerating. It's really fun to have a digicam.

I did not bring mine on that day. We had to make do with Rahila's.

Erm, 01/01/2000? I wished.

Rahila forgot to set the time and date.

We had lots of fun by taking pictures in the shuttle bus. I am always posing with that handsign of mine; the love or victory handsign.

Now everyone seems to be following my handsign.

We arrived shortly and purchased our tickets at the ticket counter. I was remembered of my time working at Sentosa.

Minutes later, we arrived at the Palawan beach. We were finding a spot for us to rest and place our stuff and also to wait for Salimie's and Erna's arrivals. They are like King and Queen leh!

While waiting, we took more pictures.

Wah! It was the first time I saw Devi wore sunglasses leh!

And with me with that pose,...

I present to you our future actress, Sugeendra Devi!

Wait a second, I'm pointing my hand towards the tree, not Devi.

Let me present to you, the tree trunk which you can do your pole dance at.

Ah, finally I saw the time and date adjusted.

TA MA DE! Oi Isaac! Not happy ah? Come ah...

Come...

I buay song!

How can you do that to me, Isaac?

I am the center of attention. I am the next superstar.

I will be the next Bollyword A-list actress, respected by many.

I advanced to her and we talked.

Devi: Let's trash things out! Why did you introduce to the audience the tree instead of me?! *Placed her left hand on her thighs and acting gangster-ish!*

I explained to her with my hands moving so sissyly.

Evil Twin: ...

Devi: ... I don't understand a single word he says.

Then there Rahila was sitting next to the fighting scene.

Rahila: Hmm... kids nowadays.

Be like me. She thought. Elegant and sweet!

Rahila: What's there to bicker about? We are all superstars. Oh did I forgot to mention that I am going to be a director soon? I doubt you knows about it.

I am going to take over Steven Spielberg.

Evil Twin: ...

I was sad, really really sad. I had no one else to turn too except for the palm tree. I wanted to hug it but it was too rough.

I force myself to smile. I force myself to give that love handsign.

Look at how Rahila pose; that's my handsign too.

She's going to be a future director while I would just spent my next 2 years in Mandai camp serving the national service.

Muahaha!

And then we saw two very familiar faces approaching us.

Ah! Finally, they arrived.

They were 1 1/2 hours late!

Devi: Come, come. Take pictures.

1...2...3...

SNAP!

Then we walked on the bridge to ge tto the other side of the island. Being the playful me, I tried to sway the bridge from left to right, causing panic to Devi.

I think that my tee-shirt and 3/4 shorts did not match with my Billabong sling bag. Color wise; perfect but it was the pattern and the brand of the bag which did not match with my no brand tee-shirt and shorts.

Whatever la!

We up the stairs to the most top of the wooden house. The scenery was marvellous. I could see the other islands from where I was standing.

Then we took more pictures of ourselves.

Then we proceeded to the other tourist attractions since nobody wanted to go swimming or play the water. I brought extra clothes leh!

We were lost and needed directions badly.

Oh what the heck! Let's take more pictures ya?

The background is very nice right?

We desperately needed to know how to get to the animal attraction. I, decided to orb a map into my hands.

Ah! It works and Devi certainly was happy about it. Now, with a map, we can travel any part of Sentosa without getting lost! Muahaha!

I still can't remember why we took pictures at this tree.

[Left] Devi with her super cool look and a flower on her right ear. She does look alittle bit like Tiffany from the America's Next Top Model Season 4.

[Right] I have difficulties getting onto the tree branch.

I was in a very awkward position.

Then we boarded the tram.

I waited forthe tram to stop moving before I could take a clearer shot.

From back to front: Devi and Rahila, Erlina and Salimie.

I want to be in the picture with them.

Eeee! So frustrated. Why must I always be the one taking pictures? - Actually I volunteered lah. Haha!

We should not have sat at the very front of the tram because the engines were making alot of noises which were really deafening.

Salimie was like a mannequin. Was he posing for the cameras with that drinks of his?

Salimie: I want to be the next male model who girls love to worship.

Erlina: Save me... Bring me somewhere safe.

Evil Twin: ...

Me: ...

Upon reaching our destination, we somehow could not find the animal attraction and decided to explore other tourist attractions instead.

We went to underwater world. We did not enter the place since we were low on cash. So, we only tour the outside of the underwater world.

Wah! Very big leh!

Then, we advanced to a nearby fast food restaurant to satisfy our hunger.

[Right] Devi was posing at the counter. Can you see the guy in the picture?

He is damn cute! Haha!

I sounded so gay!

But seriously, he is cute.

I chatted with him for a while to get directions to the nearest fast food restaurant.

Something's really weird. They were whispering to one another.

And somehow, seconds later, they burst into laughters.

Me: Can I know what ya guys talking about?

Devi: Hehehehehe!

Salimie: Hahaha!

Me: Please....

Salimie: Hehehe!

Devi: Hahahaha!

Oh my god! They can't stop laughing!

I want to know what's going on.

Salimie: He He He Ha Ha Ha!

Devi: He He Ha!

Salimie: Haaa Haaa Haa!

Devi: *Puke*

Enough already! Let's get serious!

We took more pictures...

If you noticed, Salimie was smiling in all of the four pictures, baring his teeth.

Ah! The laughters! These peope just brightened up my day.

It felt really weird to be squatting in between the dinosaur's legs.

At 6, we left Sentosa and headed home.

15th Birthday

My sister... I love her hair. She always has good hairstyle.

Today is her 15th birthday, which also falls on the same date as the Malaysian's birthday.

She is a runner, a very fast runner.

I wish her all the best in everything she do.

Happy 15th birthday!

*Clears throat*
Happy birthday to you, ...
happy birthday to you, ...
happy birthday to Nadiah, ...
happy birthday to you....
Signing Off,
Shah Rizal Isaac

Touched

I was minding my own business when suddenly I heard a weird noise coming from my balcony window. I rushed to my balcony and saw something squashy, something small and brown at the window's ledge.

Ewww! Celaka! What was a half-eaten bread doing at my window ledge?

Incorrigible! Someone from the top floor must have thrown it out of their window and somehow landed onto mine.

Ewww!

So gross!I dare not pick it up. Maybe because I felt disgusted by it or that I speculated that what if the bread was for the hungry ghosts?

I mind my own business. I walked away from it. Several minutes later, I thought to myself that if my mum or dad discover the bread on the window's ledge the next day, they will definitely blame it on me for leaving a half-eaten bread on the window's ledge.

Half-heartedly, I proceeded to my living room and grabbed a few pieces of tissue papers and advanced to the balcony.

I was about to grab the stinking bread when I saw something bright on the counstructed garden.

I covered my mouth in shocked. Immediately, I rushed to my sister's room and grabbed the digicam and rushed back to the balcony!

SNAP!

It may seems blur. I tried my best. It read, "I, BABY Loves U". Aw, isn't that sweet. Of course the message was not for me.

Clearly, whoever did that took a hell lot of effort to do that. Probably a HE, who had arragned the candles to form the words and then lit them up.

I was so touched.

I keep on snapping using my digicam. But too bad, I was living on the 3rd floor. Therefore, it does not look nice in pictures. Lucky for those who stayed on the higher floors who were able to take a more better angle than me.

I zoomed in x2 but it looks even worst.

Haiyah, give up lah!

Then I saw the creator, who was actually hiding behind one of the bushes. Apparently, he was on the phone and then a few minutes later, he ran away.

Weird.

The next day, my sister and my parents saw the words too. My mum concluded that it was done by the ghosts.

*Faints*

Graduation Party

I apologize for posting this entry a tad too late. I know some of you, especially my classmates, are waiting for this entry to be posted up.

So here you have it - the entry to regards of my graduation party.

I was forever late! I was supposedly to meet Devi at Tampines MRT passenger service at 1230hours but I came later that the requested timing.

I was thankful that Devi wasn't mad at me. Then, we proceeded to meet Rahila at the Burker King situated opposite the train station.

She was with her boyfriend and both looked stunning in their formal wear.

Of course, with a newly bought camera, I should put it into good use.

Why all wear white? And it seems that both of them wore shirts that were so similar; with stripes and they are white.

Did they plan of what to wear the day before?

And both of them tied up their hair. Usually Devi don't. Nevertheless, both of them look pretty and elegant.

I was smittened by Rahila. She very pretty leh! I like her on the very first day of school but now no longer. She is just one of my closest friends.

Stupid leh! I wore a pair of jeans which was one size smaller. But the most ironic thing was that it was not even tight. It fits perfectly. *Gasped* I lost weight? My waist shrinking?

The last time I measured my waist, it was 30 inch. So probably now it's 29.

We were sidetrack of time and realize we were late. Before heading to the bus interchange, I asked a stranger to take a picture of my friends and I.

Snap!

Oh my god! Since when Fadzlie (the guy in blue) grew so tall. I remembered he was of the same hiehgt as me.

I know! He wore shoes with very thick soles, that's why he look taller.

My other twins nodded in agreement.

Lucky enough, they were others who were even later than me. Even so, the entire thing started an hour later.

So there were plenty of time for me to take pictures with everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Michelle. She was so gorgeous looking; her hair permed and with that black dress of hers.

Simply gorgeous.

I would not miss a chance of taking photo with Michelle. And yeah, that's my formal wear. But the hideous part was that we had to paste a sticker on the left side of our shirt.

And that's Constance. She's really very small-built. I like her hair and her dress.

And I still had the sticker pasted on my blazer. How silly of me of not even thinking of taking it off from my shirt.

It really is horrendous.

If you look carefully, the seats behind me were empty. LATE LATE LATE! I should have taken my time. I should have had combed a different hairstyle.

All the pretty ladies. From left to right: Rahila, NorErlina, Devi and NorAdilla.

White. Black. White. ...

Ah! A different color for a change.

Nice! She has very nice cheekbones. And her clothes look so modern and classy.

Not saying that the others were plain and old-fashioned.

You see lah! - the stickers. So ugly right?

I look so extra! Haha! And I am not sure why I tilted my head to my left. Hmm...

Do you see the guy in army uniform at the back?

He's a classmate of mine too. He entered national service barely a month ago. Botak! BOTAK!

Evil Twin: You don't talk too much Isaac. You will be botak soon too OK?

*Shuts up*.

My face look so distorted. The guy on the left is Algenand. He, too, is serving the national service.

How come all the guys are either wearing black or white? No other colors ah?

From left to right: Kah Seng, Carol, Rahila, Devi, NorErlina.

I had to take more than 5 times before I get this shot.

Kah Seng lah! Keep on moving; covering his face, fidgeting, moving away from the camera.

And that was the first time Carol ever wanted to have her pictures taken.

Suprisingly someone who does not take pictures often had the widest smile.

I was always asking myself, "why wasn't I called for N.S yet har?" Maybe I was asking too much till my wish was finally granted.

*Sigh*.

And the ceremony began.

Let me think...

If my memory served me right, she's Chad. She asked me to take a picture of her when she is receiving the certificate.

Though it's blur, her picture was still taken.

I asked her to return the same favour to me. Nervous I was when I had to walk up to the stage to receive the certificate.

Finally, I graduated! Yippee!

I got back to my seat only to have my mood dampened when no pictures of me receiving the certficate taken.

Eeee! So angry! Why don't have?!

You want your picture to be emailed to you ah? Wait long long lor!

Just kidding!

After the ceremony, we advanced to the foyer where food and drinks were served. Take pictures! Take lots of pictures! I thought.

From left to right: Salimie, Me (Isaac), Taufik, Fazdzlie.

Ah, the four best buddies!

Salimie is just too tall lah! But wow, I'm really impressed by him. He's wearing a tie.

Black. Blue. White. Black. Blue. White. White. White. Black. Black. White. Blue. White.

Why are all the guys wearing the same three colors?

Initally, I wanted to wear black too but then I changed my mind at the very last minuted and decided to shop for new clothes. Clothes of a different color apart from the favorite colors of many; black, blue and white.

Light green blazer, pink shirt, blue jeans; perfect combination. I like. It was something really, really different from the other guys. Very metrosexual.

Above picture: Me and Chad

Above picture: Me and Nina

Above picture: Zulriah and Me

Above picture: Zuraidah and Me

Above picture: NorAdilla and Me

I like the above picture alot. I look photogenic. Maybe because I am standing beside NorAdilla. My hair, my standing posture; everything look great.

Above picture: Me and NorErlina

Why am I always tilting my head to my left every single time I take picture with her?

Above picture: Rahila and Me

Above picture: Rani and Me

Oh my god! Did you all noticed? Ah huh...

All the pictures... all girls. I swear I'm not a flirt! =x

Carol has never taken a picture with me before. When we were at the chalet and when i requested to take a picture with me, she declined. And it's not once but several times.

I asked her again, whether I could take a picture with her. I crossed my fingers and waited for her answer anxiously.

Yes.

She said yes. She finally said YES!

And it was the first time I saw her wearing a skirt.

[Left] Salimie and Me.

[Right] Me and Taufik

I feel that I am still pretty short even though I am standing at 1.70m.

I took pictures with too many girls. Its time to take with the guys.

But does that make me gay too? Hmm..

My camera battery was running low and if I want to take more pictures, we had to fasten our pace.

From left to right: Taufik, me, NorErlina, Devi, Shafiq, Algenand, Melvin, Salimie.

Black. White. White. White. White. White. Black.

Oh wait, I saw pink and green.

Aiyah, I'm blocked by Taufik and Erlina. Can't really see my clothes.

Evil Twin: Why keep on emphasising that you are wearing clothes that are of different colors from the other guys? Why always say your clothes are nice?

Excuse me! I bought these clothes with the help of a fashion stylist. And I'm nearly broke as they cost me 300dollars excluding the shoes. Of course, I need to brag about my clothes abit.

Ah! Finally, a class photo. too bad, Michelle and her gang had to leave early.

Looking at this picture bring back good memories of our tertiary days.

I miss those days.

But now, we have finally graduated.

Some going to work, some serving the national service while others pursue higher studies.

I'm going to miss all of them!
