Poor Service

I was eating at the Peninsula food court at the basement level. What irked me the most when customers are not being served promptly.

The lady in the photo was obviously talking on the phone with her friend, ignoring her customers.

Two ladies approached her stall and pointed on the signboard assumingly telling each other what they were going to order.

And so they waited.

The staff noticed the customers but still she refused to budge and still talking on the phone. Doesn't she want business?

If I were them, I would have left and go to another stall and never to patronize her stall again.

They were frustrated. They have been patient enough. One of them confronted the staff and asked her if they were going to be served.

The staff told them to wait for another minute but that got the better of them. They left the stall.

The staff then put her phone aside and asked them, "Hey you still want to order?"
