For the first time, the Best Actor award went to Tay Ping Hui for his performance in the drama 'Bountiful Blessings' while actress Joanne Peh beat veterans, including Zoe Tay and Fann Wong, for the Best Actress Award.

I really love Zoe Tay alot but can someone enlighten me. Has Zoe Tay won a Best Actress award yet?
