It's Time To Keep Fit

Damn it, it's really hard to get back my six pacs. Darn the good food! I need to be strict with what I eat or my tummy is going to grow bigger.

Other alternatives? - To gym. Darn, I always hate going to the gym because I don't know what are the stations I have to go to and nobody is there to supervise me. Besides, I feel really awkward if I do the wrong exercises there and the trainers will pin point my mistakes.

Worry no more. Today, I gym at Pipi's condominium's gym.

Now, I'm going to burn all the stubborn fats!

Begone fats! I welcome the healthy and fitter me in the next few weeks!

Back To Basics; Learning To Swim

Early morning, I went to Jeff's cousin's house which was situated opposite Downtown East. It was 2 years ago that I tried to learn how to swim but all that just disappear. Now, I'm back to be basics.

This is so so Cool! Got Sauna leh!

But the sauna's too crampy.

Jeff's cousin, Pipi, lives in a very cool condominium. Fuck, I'm going to live in one of these in the future.

I have hydrophobia. That makes Jeff harder to teach me how to swim. Besides, do you know that it is much easier to teach kids than adults. Kids don't care much. They just learn from the coach.

But for adults, we constantly have fears and that makes us difficult to learn fast.

I brought goggles!

In every photo, I'm always making the peace sign.

Let's do something else for a change.

Jeff got the making-peace-sign bug in him.

I must learn how to swim! It will be an utter disgrace if a guy can't swim!

Evil twin. "You refering to yourself issit?"

But I have made a vast improvement compared to the one swimming lesson I had in 2004. I am able to keep my breath under water for more than 11 seconds compared to a mere 4 seconds on the previous attempt.

I am also able to swim 20 - 25 meters across the swimming pool with my breaststroke skill.

Badminton Frenzy; Not At A Court

Not everyone likes organized sports or team sports. If this sounds like you, don't sweat it. We're going to talk about what keeps some those from liking sports. With a few changes, you might find out that there is a sport out there that you could like. But if not, we'll suggest other fun ways to stay active.

People spend many years learning about favorite sports and practicing how to do them well. So don't feel bad if you don't know the difference between a "corner kick" and a "goal kick" in soccer. If you want to learn more about a sport, you might ask your mom or dad about camps or programs that introduce kids to new sports. These may be better than just joining a team that starts playing games right away without much explaning.

I've started to take up quite a few sports; badminton, basketbal and volleyball. I'm STILL wanting to play tennis. Damn it, hello, anyone out there knows and is keen to teach me?

There are dozens of sports, so you might not have found the one for you yet. Lots of them try soccer and baseball. But what if your best sport is going to be volleyball or gymnastics? You'll have to try it and find out. Some are naturally graceful. Others are strong. And still others have great aim.

Different sports require different skills, so you'll want to try different sports to find one that suits you. Some activities you might not think of as sports, such as karate or cheerleading, but they are great for staying active.

We didn't really play badminton at the badminton court. Fuck, the outdoors has no shelter against the sun. I'm already so tanned. Anymore tanner and I'll be as black as charcoal. We decided to play at the empty space at the HDB flats.

I may seem promising, ready to strike and ready to win but at the end of the day, I lost by a margin.

Jeff was the outright winner with a score of 6-5 for the 11 rounds.

Badminton Frenzy

Jeff and I decided to drop by a badminton shop to buy a few shuttle cocks or is it corks? Damn it, I'm such a himbo. Anyway, that's not the point here.

I look really raw with wardrobe malfunction. What was I wearing?

And there's Jeff.
Seriously, I may not be good at pool but I am at least capable of beating Jeff at the first game of badminton with a score of 3 - 2. But of course my winning streak was short-lived during the second game with a score of 2- 5. Damn it, haha!

My Billabong short doesnt go with my green tee shirt with a pocket at the left. So wrong.

I changed to another outfit, a grey-white tee shirt with white shorts. Comfortable and pleasant for the eyes.

Despite the rain, I travelled all the way to Tampines Community Center because I think the court there is much bigger than other C.C or am I wrong?

Anyway, let me show you some of my moves.

Good twin, "Like very pro sia..."

Evil twin, "Pro? Pui! He's acting pro only..."

Right..

Afterwards, we went to Tampines Safra gym to workout. Yes, I know. I've said in one of my entries a year back that I would never step into a gym because I find it pointless. I was wrong. I take back my words.

I need to shed some weights and gain muscles, man.

Pool Sensation (Part 2)

I need to sharpen my pool skill. I suck at it.
Okay, did anyone notice anything wrong with this photo or should I say every photos I've taken. Did anyone noticed anything wrong?

No? Still don't know what's wrong with the photo? See the other one below.

See anything?

Look at my face carefully. If I were to close my mouth when taking photos, the left side of my mouth opened a bit, showing my teeth, not in one but all the photos I took if I were to close my mouth.

Evil twin, "You got hole in your mouth."

Of course got hole in the mouth, then how to eat and drink!

I looked really shag.

Afterwards, we went to Vivocity to meet up with my secondary school friend, Yifang and someone I know not too long ago, introduced by Janet, Say Kun.

The christmas tree has alot of bears on it.

I was tempted to steal a few of those on the trees.

Is that a bling bling tee shirt?

Janet posing alone. Grab the bears, Janet!

Taken too far! Close up please!

Nice!

The most beautiful christmas tree I've ever seen.

Say Kun and I. When Janet told me we were meeting Say Kun, I was like, "Who is he?"

Then, after an hour later, I remembered who he was. Lol.

Pool Sensation (Part 1)

Remember her? I am on good terms with my close friend, Janet, again.

This is awesome! Freaking awesome!

I went out with Janet, and her two friends, Wee Boon (Did I spell your name correctly?) and Ernest who actually reads my blog.

Me and Ernest!

Wee Boon and I. The first take was lousy.

Perfecto!

We had a few games of bowling. Boy, do I really suck in this game. I lost umpteen times and the winner was a petite girl. Shame on us!

Focus and concentrations!

Indecisive play.

We, guys may look pro in the photos but we suck especially me.

Janet, "I'm waiting.. waiting to trash you! Haha!"

Never to underestimate someone by just judging from the appearance.

(Videos) Fishing At Pasir Ris Park

You know, after watching my videos over and again, I felt like a dimwit in the videos, shouting at the top of my voice.

Too exaggerating ya?

I'm not a pro at fishing but I'm not an amatuer either so shut your trap uncle! Boo to you for whining and screaming at us that we know nothing!

*Takes a dildo from my bag and dick slap him.*

"Aiyoh, if you all don't know how to fish don't waste time here!" shouted the uncle like one lunatic guy.

We went there to relax and learn, so yeah, shut up.

Boasting and more boasting Isaac!

Fishing at Pasir Ris Park

Not many people I know of like fishing. They are either not keen or do not have the patience. I used to fish alot when I was twenty years old but I stopped because I became tanned. Really tanned.

It was the long block leave, so we decided to fish. Weisiong and Jusheng came empty-handed while I had to bring the fishing equipments.

Weisiong is the one holding onto the fishing rod. "How do I use this thing? Maybe I should throw the entire rod into the water."

Weisiong, "Oh I have not put the bait yet. What should I put? Prawns? bread? Or Fries?

They hooked a prawn as the bait. Jusheng kept on complaining on how indecisive Weisiong was.

I took a knife and threatened to slash his throat if he continues to grumble.

So it's like, one of my fishing rod is broken and the other seems kiddy, we thought our chances of getting a big fish was like, zilch.

We did not really bring some of the equipments. In the end we had to borrow from people next to us and that includes the uncle in the photo below.

"Aiyoh, this prawn how to catch big fish? What other biats do you have? He zeroed to our table and saw bread, small fish and prawns. "Like that how to catch big fish?!"

He complained and complained and complained.

You all using this rod ah? How can?! Useless!

Huh? You using this hook ah? How can catch big fish?

Tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk...

I was really going crazy. Thank god I wasn't the one he was complaining to. I was like doing my own things, catching fishes with my own reel and bait.

I pitied Weisiong and Jusheng for listening to his complains and hearing him whining every few seconds.

Like hello, we're there to enjoy ourselves and not randomly hear an uncle whine.

Look, stop talking and start catching a fish like me.

Wow!

Evil twin, "how big is it?"

The size of my dick; 9 inch.

And I caught another.

At the end of the day, I was a happier person.

My victory smile.

They caught none.

Oh, guess what? We did not have to pay to fish there at all!
