While shopping at Chinatown the other day, I came across a very talented guy who do caligraphy with his legs.

Many onlookers but nobody donated to him. The moment he stopped performing, they dispersed.

But this is one intensed looking old man. He didn't move away even after the performance had stopped.

My Four Leaves Clover Necklace

The best thing about complimentary tickets are that you can watch any movies you want to watch and the next best thing is to watch it with your significant other. And you know what? Watching a great movie would be the 3rd best thing; Spiderman 3.


I don't understand why people thinks Kristen Dunst is ugly. She's pretty and intelligent. Although, she's a bit bigger than the comic character Mary Jane but she played it well as Mary Jane In Spiderman 1, 2 and 3.

But I think Tobey Maguire should be replaced.

Now, which OTHER actresses apart from Kristen Dunst has acted in more than 30 movies before at the age of 25?

Helping A Blind Man / Karma

I was at the traffic light, crossing to get to the other side of the road when I saw a blind old man walking beside me.

His stick was his guide.

I slowed down my friend, Yihua so that I can walk with the blind man. I wanted to ensure that he gets safely to the other side.

As he stepped on the pavement, my friend and I walked away but still I felt uncomfortable. I turned back and saw him walking into a construction site.

I ran to him and held his right arm, "Uncle where do you want to go, I can bring you there..."

He told me that he wanted to buy breads at Raffles Hotel. I guided him. Amazingly, he knew where he was walking, "child, I'm in total darkness but I can feel with every steps I make..."

Still, I wanted to make sure he gets there safely. I don't care if I was late meeting my friends. I don't care if they bitch about me. I just want the old man to get there safely.

Him, "Child, are you Christian?"

"No..." I smiled and then I remembered he couldn't see.

"May God bless you even though you're not a Christian. You have a good heart."

Not true, I'm not that all good - I bitch, I gossip, I flare up.

I brought him to Starbucks after knowing that the shop was closing. He came all the way from Pasir Ris to City Hall just to eat.

"Child, do you want to eat?" he asked.

I know he's being kind but I don't want to take advantage of him. I helped him because I wanted to ensure that he gets safely to his destination and not to take advantage of him.

The same day, the cab fare mounted up to 30 dollars but I only had 26 dollars in my wallet. The taxi driver, "It's okay, you don't have to pay me. Go..."

The Moving Statues

I was being generous yesterday. I donated $4 to a handicapped uncle and $4 to the moving statues.

Though it's not a big sum. I hope those amount I've donated helped a little.

Greatest Satisfaction

I like to win and if I don't I get real mad and the next time round you compete with me, I'll make sure I win. I feel great and it satistfy my hunger of wanting to win. I know I may sound childish to most but that's my character.

I've been conquering all the PhotoFinder machines at the arcade and I can only be satisfied if I can write my name down after each game which mean to win and get the top 3 placings. Suntec City, Tiong Bahru Plaza, and Bugis.

I'm a go-getter too. What I think and see is nice, I'll have it.

I went to Bugis to play arcade and what caught my eyes were the soft toy machine. You know, those you have to use the mechanic hands to get the toys etc.

I saw Stitch soft toy and was really tempted to get it.

With just three thrice which was 3 dollars, I managed to get what I want; Stitch soft toy.

Then the arcade personnel placed another in the machine. I was tempted again. I tried like 9 to 12 times but all were near miss.

Now I get it. If luck is on your side and it decided to let you win, do not try to get luck on your side again for the second time. Luck will only come when you do not wish for it.

Founder's Keeper And Free Meal

Guess what? I found a Jean Paul Gaultier wallet lying around on the seat in the bus that I boarded. I was like, "what the heck?" I scanned the wallet and realized it was still brand new. Why would anyone leave their wallet anyhow?

I open the wallet's compartment and realized it was empty. Damn!

Ah! I got it!

He must have dropped his wallet while getting up from his seat. He did not realize that he had dropped his wallet. So the passenger who was sitted beside him saw the wallet, took out all the money, cards and whatever shits and left the wallet there.

But why would anyone be so stupid as to leave evidence behind?

Whatever la! I found the wallet. It's mine.

Woohoo, I have a new branded wallet.

Free MacDonald meal anyone? *Smiles*

Did I tell you I have been seeing wallets falling off from people's pockets but they managed to retrieved them back.

More Sweets, More Money

They say the more sweets we buy, the faster we can get lots of cash. Is it true? I bought like 200g of sweets. Despite having toothache, I still bought those many sweets.

No la, I ate quite a few already before taking the photos.

Indeed, it was true. I was eating at the Indian Muslim shop and for the first time, they can actually give us discounts at such places.

Well, though it's only 30 cents off, it's still money right?

Good Luck And More Freebies

I received 3 gym membership passes which I can use three seperate times. How cool is that? I don't gym. I hate it but since I have membership passes, I might as well use them and not let them go to waste.

I nearly got the correct answer for the guessing game at 98.7fm. Darn it! Well, it was close. There is still a next time. I can't always win everytime. I was like tuning in to the radio today and decided to join the game for fun. Hey, I don't really listen to radio.

Let me see, I received red packet from my officer. A red packet which contained a lottery ticket. I thought it was cash leh but stilll lottery ticket is pretty alright already.

I thought of collecting my lunar new year freebies (two packs of ang pows, a Madarin Orange carrier bag, a VCD, cookies, freagrance and $10 Heart Spring voucher) at Century Square but I'm too lazy.

I always receive a pair of free passes to Zouk to catch the MyDreamd8 finals.

And seriously, I've slide my way out of trouble umpteen times this week. And I mean alot problems that were complicated, I manage to solve them.

Now, I'm more decisive. I apologize to myself for writing all this crap on my new blog. I shall update my blog with more happy stuffs.

I shall push this blog of mine to the limit and nobody can stop me.

Completely Healed

I had my 11 hours of sleep yesterday without any interruption. Its 11 mind you, not 7 hours of sleep which I have everyday in camp. Now, I feel much better, compared to feeling restless and sleepy and moodless. I did not sleep for the past 3 days.

But finally, I manage to recoup my lost sleeping time yesterday.

I am also glad to know that my love one is out of the ICU and recovering slowly. To hear that is like to eat GODIVA chocolate. I feel much relieve now.

I will having fieldcamp for the next few days thus, I am unable to celebrate Valentine's Day with my signifcant other and blog often for next week. Just yesterday, someone tried to infiltrate my relationship with my significant other (read my previous entry) but neither my significant other and I flinched.

We decided to spend Valentine's Day yesterday and we had lots of fun. I surprised my significant other with lots of stuff. That I shall write in my next entry when I have the time.

Booting Up With Spare Energy

First of all, fuck you Bryan for not meeting us. Really, excuses you've made were stupid. Okay, maybe you're seriously feeling feverish after exercising at the gym but promises are promises. You made it, you cannot break it otherwise people might think bad of you.

Anyway, for the 2nd time I went to PLAY, it was almost like tinseltown. Nobody was dancing at the dancefloor yet again. Most of them would be crowding at the lounge or standing next to the toilet. There is no cover charge so that should attract alot of people but compared to MOS and DXO, PLAY has only 1/3 of the people at MOS and DXO.

At Play, we (Yahn, Jeff and I) met up with Aldo, Jimmy and Daniel.

Evil twin, "Don't just tell me their names. Show me their photos too so that I know who is who."

I did not take any photos because I was busy dancing away and de-stressing myself. I nearly gone bonkers with the many problems I have but thankfully, I have friends who can accompany me throughout the night.

"Everything seem perfect at the beginning but slowly, it began to crumble." - This best describe what's happening to my family at this very moment.

I thought we needed to pay to enter PLAY but it was free. We entered for free. How cool is that? But at this rate, they're not going to profit alot. I intended to stay longer but nobody was dancing there so we decided to go to other places instead.

We had to make decisions fast because Yahn and Jeff had to work the next day. The place that we went afterward has no cover charge either. We entered for free again!

Yahn, just like me, was bombarded with alot of bad luck but it won't last forever.

"You know, after alot of bad luck, then comes the good luck..." said Yahn.

I spent the whole night with them. Now, I'm so restless. I haven't had a wink yet! I'm running on spare batteries!

And if you're going to ask that magical question, NO, I am not going home for the moment. Till my parents know what they want, till they know why they can't communicate well with my sister and I, till my parents fully understand me and till they really think they can put 100% of their love and trust in me, I shall not go home!

The Free Fishing Rod

I was puzzled when an old uncle who was fishing abruptly walked towards me and asked, "hey kiddo, do you like fishing?"

And the first question that was racing in my mind was, "Is he a paedophile?"

I replied with a stern yes and took a few steps back just in case he tried to do anything funny to me. I asked him why he asked me that question. He gave me a smile and walked away from me and towards his bicycle.

I looked bewildered. What is he trying to do, I thought. Maybe he want to mug me.

Then, I saw him taking his another fishing rod and started to walk towards me. "Hey kiddo, I've got something for you. I've got a spare fishing rod and it's of no use to me. I'm giving it to you. Do you want it?"

I kept quiet for a moment and said, "I don't know. You're a total stranger to me. Why are you giving me your fishing rod?"

"I asked you if you like fishing and you said yes and so I shall hand this fishing rod over to you since I already have one for myself. Take it. It will be of good use."

Not only did he give me a fishing rod but also one small container. "Is there a catch?"

"Suck my dick!" he said loudly and hornily.

No la, I'm just kidding. Haha!

The Light At The Other End Of The Tunnel

Believe it or not, I think I'm starting to have good luck. Maybe and I hope I am having good luck. I always pray everyday that I won't be bombarded with bad luck always and everyday.

Today, I received a call from one of the gyms at Orchard, I can't really remember if it was fitnessfirst or California fitness, informing me that someone registered my name and I am given a 2 week free trial. Maybe it's a gimmick but I don't really care because I've been offered something free. Isn't that great?

I'm happy that alot of my friends actually cared for me. You know, only in times of hardship, you will see who's true to you and who's not. I'm happy that I have a significant other who supports my every decisions. I love my significant other to the core!

And also, I'm grateful to Aldo who has been there for me in times of crisis. I'm grateful to Jeff who has always been there for me. I'm elated that I have Jaishree, a blog reader cum good friend cum someone whom I know for 2 years cum someone whom I have never met before, who gives me good advices, listens to my ranting every night and consoling and cheering me when I'm down.

I'm most happy that things between Yahn and I has been resolved. I'm grateful that hehas been supportive of me and therefor me when I need company. You go girl!

Mystical Feather

There's this swan lake at botanic garden. Legend says that mystical swans live here. You see that statue in the middle of the lake?

Swans there have extremely good luck.

Need good luck desperately?

They say if we get the feathers of the swan, you will be blessed with good luck. But you cannot pluck them out from the swan. The feathers must shed by themselves.

Lucky me, there are so many feathers on the water.

Abruptly, a swan approached me and said, "I know you need alot of luck. Here, let me give you some luck!"

Yes! I have the swan's feather!

Swan, "You're blessed with my good luck!"

How true is the legend? That I have to find out in a few days time.
