Bobby Tonelli and Joanne Peh Split Up

Television actress Peh, 28, and Radio DJ Tonelli, 38, have parted ways after about four years together.

"We grew apart. We have different goals, different levels of communication and different ideas about life," Peh told 8 Days.

"I realized I don't know much about him anymore, and that I felt like I couldn't really express myself as genuinely as I can."

She was also quoted as saying that she struggled with frequent questions from the media about when they would tie the knot, and that she is finally 'at peace' now that the truth about their relationship is out.

After four successful seasons and bagging two awards at the 2010 Asian Television Awards, local Ch5 comedy series, The Noose Season 3, gains international recognition and nabs its first nomination in the inaugural International Emmy Awards.

The only local programme running for the Best Comedy series, the International Emmy Awards -- similar to the annual Emmy Awards -- is presented by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and acknowledges the best television programmes produced and aired outside the US.

Speculations about Felicia having gone under the knife surfaced when MediaCorp celebrity Dasmond Koh made a shocking revelation that she "had surgery on everywhere waist up" on Channel 8 variety show Princess & Prince.

The rumour further escalated when eagled-eye netizens discovered a visibly more voluptuous and doubled-eyelid 25-year-old actress in Channel U drama Perfect Cut - a series that ironically, explores the world of cosmetic surgery.

Although Felicia vehemently denied the allegations - even to the point of tearing up on talkshow Celebritea Break, the starlet eventually confessed to having undergone a double eyelid surgery on her right eye not long after she announced her hiatus from showbiz to return to school this year.

Sun Ho's Lavish Lifestyle

HO Yeow Sun, the wife of City Harvest Church (left) pastor Kong Hee, has again been thrust into the spotlight, with recent reports on her rented mansion in Hollywood.

The 40-year-old singer, who is based in the US, was reported to have rented a mansion in Hollywood Hills for S$28,000 a month.

But members of the megachurch said they are not surprised with her lavish lifestyle.

Some churchgoers have defended her, saying she is a celebrity and that her living arrangements are well known on the grapevine, and she had probably paid with what she earns from her business and royalties.

Ms Ho is currently in Singapore.

Her husband, who appeared briefly at a service of City Harvest in Jurong West last Sunday morning, is among those questioned in a police probe.

Stella Huang's Misdeed

Court orders the former singer to compensate Awfully Chocolate for her misdeeds


Singaporean singer-turned-businesswoman Stella Huang has been ordered to pay NT$1.74 million (S$76,000) in damages to chocolate chain Awfully Chocolate.

A Taipei district court ruled that she had violated terms in her franchisee contract and flouted competition laws.

Naughty, naughty Stella did not want Awfully Chocolate to check her accounts.

She must have kept some of the profits to herself.

Then she ended the business. A similarly-themed label Black as Chocolate was later opened by her.

Awfully Chocolate sued Stella for ending the contract prematurely, alleging she underreported profits and leaked trade secrets.

Authorities found her guilty and ordered her to pay damages.

At Star Awards 2010 , Felicia Chin hinted at the possibility of leaving mediacorp at her Top 10 Most Popular Female Artiste award acceptance speech.

First was Fiona who went MIA, then Dawn Yeoh, followed by Jesseca Liu.

Now Felicia Chin.

She said, "This might be my last time standing on this stage."

Her reason for wanting to leave was that when she first joined star search, she just finished her A level. She had to stop schooling after she won.

Thus leaving her studies hanging.

One of her parent's dream was to see her finish school.

Most probably after a show or two, she'll leave.
