Maco Vintage Cafe @ Johor Bahru

Unfurnished shophouses selling local food are usually seen everywhere along the streets of Johor Bahru, and that is what they are famous for and what Singaporeans are looking for when they visit Jb over the weekend for food trip. Unlike the usual shophouses, Maco Vintage is a fairly good ambience themed cafe which serves French pastry, desserts, coffee and main dishes.

2nd Day of Our Jb Trip: Kate & I Scream

Searching for a dessert store!

There are varieties of ice creams in Kate N I Scream, from light fruity ones like fruit sorbet, green apple to very rich ones like sticky chocolate and etc. 

There are several toppings for you to choose as well, my favorites are hazelnuts and super cute gummy bears! This is a self-service ice cream store, you have to choose the package you want such as 1 scoop, 2 scoops or 3 scoops and 2 or 3 toppings at the counter first. After paying, you have to select the ice cream flavours and toppings you would like to have. After your ice cream dish is completed, you gonna have to take it to your seat yourself.

The store is considered as quite spacious as it is divided into indoor and outdoor two sections. The decoration is simple but comfortable so you can sit down and chit chat with the girls or buddies for a long time while having the sweet sweet ice creams.

The display of the ice creams is very cute too! They are placed on a wooden plate with holes! Ice cream and toppings fit into the holes!

This is my second time eating Lok Lok. Damn nice! I don't think they have it in Singapore!

3 Days and 2 Nights At Johor Bahru

This is one of the busiest street in Johor Bahru, named Wong Ah Fook , one of the important Chinese Kapitan in Johor Bahru, a man who helped developing Johor Bahru City.
This street streched about 1-1,5 Km,south end is Iskandar Coastal Highway, and the north end is the AH2 Skudai Highway.

It was already night time when we entered J.B. We checked into our hotel and then went to eat at the Indian food stall opposite our hotel!

The fried chickens are too die for in J.B. Crunchy. Oily. Flavored to perfection!
