Lady Gaga isn’t exactly one to shy away from what others might consider “strange.” And neither is performance artist Marina Abramovic, who recently conducted a soul-to-soul transfer with Jay Z. Yet amazingly, Gaga has managed to out-weird herself in a new video. As part of a Kickstarter campaign for Abramovic’s ongoing project The Abramovic Method, Gaga meditates, hums, strips down and gets covered by crystals in order to 'develop skills for observing long durational performances through a series of exercises and environments designed to increase awareness of their physical and mental experience in the moment.'

Lady Gaga Signs female fan's Nipples

Lady Gaga got up close and personal with a fan after a recent show in South Africa by signing the girl's nipples.

Jana Babez, 22, attended the pop star's Born This Way Ball concert in Cape Town on December 3 and she attracted the singer's attention with her pink, dreadlocked hairstyle.

In a post on the site, Babez writes, "When I went backstage later she pulled my top down... and squealed 'You're the Little Monster who flashed me!' She then tweaked my nipples in her transfixed/stoned state and insisted on signing them.

An Open Letter To Lady Gaga, From Sharon Osbourne

And so, Sharon Osbourne, mother of Kelly, has stood up and spoken for her daughter after Lady Gaga wrote an open letter addressed for the latter when she dissed Mother Monster's fashion choices and calling her "fat". This is Mother Osbourne's response:

Ms. Gaga,

I am responding to your open letter to my daughter Kelly, and I am perplexed as to why you would go public with an open letter. Regarding this current situation; Kelly didn’t contact you, I was the one that contacted your manager today and the email is attached below for your reference. I reached out to him as Kelly’s manager and mother to ask him if you could address your “little monster” fans and stop them from writing libelous, slanderous and vile comments about my family, including death threats to Kelly. Your open letter is hypocritical and full of contradictions. And as your mother Cynthia supports you, I support my daughter Kelly. I must say your opinions on what is politically correct and acceptable totally differ from mine, but that is what makes the world so interesting…we are all different. How sweet that you have empathy for my daughter, as you feel that she has taken a less passionate path in life. You say her work on E! with the Fashion Police is “rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s beauty against one another.” Welcome to the real world. Example, when I saw you wear a dress made out of raw meat, I was sickened. When I see you wearing fur, and using it as a fashion statement, the fact that defenseless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the press is abhorrent to me. Shouldn’t you be teaching your “little monster” fans to respect animals and life? I don’t feel I have to justify Kelly’s choices in life to you. By your actions to Kelly right now, you have shown me that you are nothing more than a publicly seeking hypocrite and an attention seeker. You know it would have been much more dignified of you to do this privately. I am calling you a bully because you have 32 million followers hanging on your every word and you are criticizing Kelly in your open letter. Are you so desperate that you needed to make this public?

You state “Everyday, through my music and public voice I choose to be positive and work towards a kinder and braver world with our community of followers.” Well this obviously is not translating well to your fans, as a large portion of them have not only been vile to Kelly, but also other celebrities such as Madonna, Adele and Rihanna. “You say a kinder, braver world” I don’t know what world you live in, but supporting disgraceful fan comments doesn’t fall under the words “kinder and braver.” It comes under the heading of bullshit.

In closing, stop wearing fur, stop looking for publicity, and stop using your fans to belittle not just Kelly but an endless stream of celebrities. A word from you would stop all the hideous, negative and vile threats from your “little monsters.” Let me know if you want to continue this debate. I’m an open playing field for you my darling.

In case you missed it, Lady Gaga and Lindsay Lohan are best friends now. Yep. Like, they had a sleepover at the Chateau Marmont, took pictures for the Interweb, probably braided one another's hair and exchanged friendship bracelets. And now they're set for life. In fact, they're so tight that Gaga wants to feature Lohan in her upcoming music video — whenever that may be, for whichever unreleased song she chooses.

With her hair extensions twisted into an intricate updo, the 26-year-old eccentric singer wore an Aquilano.Rimondi Fall 2012 dress.

The navy, green and black mini dress with a high neckline and cut-out detail that highlighted her cleavage didn’t need that necklace.

Towering in lace-up platform boots she styled her look with sunglasses and ruby earrings.

In a controlled appearance lasting just a couple of minutes, Gaga was ushered through the lobby of the Crown Metropol Perth by her security detail. 

She signed just a handful of autographs for her ‘Little Monsters,’ some of who had been waiting hours for a glimpse of their idol. It followed similar appearances at her hotels in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Clips posted online show a backup performer accidentally striking Lady Gaga with the set prop while removing it from the central stage.

Lady Gaga has revealed that she will announce her new album title in September and that she has already played the new material to record company bosses.

"The Jakarta situation is 2-fold: Indonesian authorities demand I censor the show & religious extremist separately, are threatening violence," she tweeted. "If the show does go on as scheduled, I will perform the BTWBall alone."

This isn't the first time Gaga has found her tour facing protests.

Her shows in the Philippines this week were met with resistance from a Christian youth group who objected to her music, in particular the song "Judas," which they believe mocks Jesus Christ. 

However, both performances in Manila took place without incident.

But just in case it hadn't gone smoothly, the "Born This Way" songstress was clearly prepared.

"Don't worry, if I get thrown in jail in Manila, Beyoncé will just bail me out," she joked on Twitter prior to Tuesday night's show.

Lady GaGa was the queen of the night at last night's MTV Europe Music Awards as she took home four awards.

The flamboyant singer became emotional as she accepted the Best Song award for 'Born This Way' at the starstudded show in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

"I knew that this song was very special when I wrote it. I just didn't know when I first started off as a song writer, how special you would all be to me," she said tearfully.

"This is the single most important song that I've ever written. The single most important album and until now this is the single most important moment."

She also won prizes for Best Female, Best Video as well as the 'Biggest Fan' award which honoured her followers, who are known as "little monsters".

Does Lady Gaga have a hot new beau? According to Radar Online, the envelope-pushing pop diva has been seeing someone since July: her “You and I” video co-star Taylor Kinney, who appeared on “The Vampire Diaries.”

“It was just casual at first, but things are getting pretty hot and heavy,” a source told the site.

Evidently they were sighted together at a beach bar in Mission Viejo where they downed whiskey shots on Sept. 4.

“I couldn’t tell it was her at first,” recalled a patron. “It just looked like some hot couple making out, but then I realized it was Lady Gaga!”

And the next day, the pair were spotted strolling in the same town.

“Her hair was a little messy. It definitely seemed like a ‘morning after’ situation,” said the onlooker. “They are obviously totally into each other!”
