Lindsay Lohan has reportedly rejected a plea bargain because she claims she doesn't have a drinking problem.
The actress' lawyer, Mark Heller, had a telephone consultation with Santa Monica and Los Angeles City prosecutors to try and strike a deal to avoid jail time for her car crash last June - for which she is facing charges of resisting, obstruction, providing false information to a police officer and reckless driving - but Lohan has categorically refused the conditions of spending time in a residential rehab facility.
