My Thoughts

My thoughts on foreign talents - I have to admit that I am also guilty of being biased against some nationalities at times but it is purely because I cannot stand some of their nature initially. However as times passed I do realised it is their culture, their environment that moulded their character. My heart pours out to them, who would want to leave their family, their wife, their kids to go overseas and work if they can sustain in their own country?
