Brand formally gave up his luxurious Los Angeles pad to former spouse Katy Perry.
Brand surrendered his rights to the $6.5-million space he and Perry shared during their union. His evacuation is reportedly amicable, as the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom pile of bricks, purchased last June, was awarded to Perry in their divorce negotiations.
