From promising myself not to overspent to spending money on unneccessary items to splurging it on wants and not needs, I am definitely spoil-rotten.

It is someone who spends his money away, not thinking of the consequences of not having spare money during rainy weathers.
He is always spoilt for choices and wants.
He is just a rotten guy who doesn't know the value of saving money.
