I felt alittle overwhelmed today when I was at work.
Maybe because I have not been working for 30 days and my visions are blur. I already made specs and will collect it this coming Sunday.
I thought I was alright when I was at work just now but something happened. I had to go toilet so many times which I believe the kidney stone was probably stuck to the tube inside my body.
I felt shaky when I stood for a couple of minutes. But that was for a split second only.
Then I began to feel faint.
I had no choice but to go home.
I would like to apologize to my colleagues for leaving halfway as I wasn't feeling too well. I guess today will be an unpaid leave since I don't have any medical leave.
