Example; I am eating a chicken burger. Then minutes later, I will be questioning myself, "Have I eaten?"
No, its not anything to do with being forgetful.
Eample; I want to buy that Louis Vuitton bag! And the next thing you know when I have already bought it, I asked when did I buy this?
