Yesterday was my second day of dieting regime and yes, I cheated abit. I only ate two slices of bread in the morning, and then at three I ate 4 slices of breads with chilli tuna. In between I ate sweets.
Then in the evening, I only ate 1 slice of bread.
I didn't want to eat much already because it was night time.
But I feel lighter. Not that my weight is going to decrease tremendously after one day of dieting regime. It needs time.
Tomorrow will be the third day and I hope I will do better than this.
