Bad Leadership!



Have you ever been assigned to do to a task and being led by someone who has bad leadership quality? By the end of the day, you still do not know what to do as the instructions given to you by the leader were unclear.



And then the next thing you know, you were blamed for not heading the instructions given but it was actually the leader's fault for not doing a good job distributing the work properly and equally and given the instructions clearly.

The 2nd Duckling: QUACCKKKK!

And so on.

Mother Duck: Oh dear! All of my children except for one, adopted, had fallen into the sewers. Aiyoh, mama ask to follow me but you all should know you will fall into the holes. Should make a detour instead.
