I Need To Go To The 'Beer Market' More Often Now

Beer Market is best known for its dynamic pricing system for beers.

All throughout the restaurant large screens display the current prices of common bottled beers. Prices change every half hour and can rise if many people order a particular brand. The Beer Market has developed its own software that keeps a track of beer orders and adjusts prices according to demand.

Unusual name, unusual beer! The “Waggle Dance” is the movement a bee performs to alert the hive to a source of nectar. Wells Waggle Dance Beer is a beautifully balanced, sneakily seductive, golden coloured beer.

Pale ale, Crystal malts, British Fuggle and Golding hops, together with Fair Trade South American honey, combine perfectly to create this delicious golden beer with a superb honey aroma. It is popular both as cask ale and in 500ml bottle across a wide range of beer lovers from all demographics.

This unique brew combines all the traditional qualities and style of a Charles Wells beer with the subtle flavour of banana.

Wells Banana Bread Beer is a popular beer in the Wells and Young’s range of ales. The beer has achieved a number of accolades including winner of "Beer of the Festival" award at CAMRA's London Drinker Festival in March 2002.

Double Chocolate Stout: Smells of powdered hot chocolate, hint of alcohol, kiss of roasted grain and some sweetness. This pretty much goes the same for the flavour but add a vague fruitiness, a bitter twang from the hops and roasted malt, and a remarkable smoothness.

Sticky Toffee Pudding Ale: Pours a three finger khaki head that fades very slowly leaving a good lace. dark brown color, no highlights. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Toffee nose and flavor is toffee then some hop bitterness.

Seafood Shooters, which featured fresh prawns, salmon sashimi cubes, and crabmeat shots, fresh harvest from the sea fortified with the fruity tang of Tiger Radler beer.

The Tiger Radler and fresh prawn combination resulted in a curious slight sparkle to the crisp prawn meat.

The salmon cubes are rich and creamy and also a little spicy due to the small chilli slices.

Shreds of crab meat provide an interesting texture to the sweet concoction.

Salmon & Tiger Prawn Lettuce Wrap

The salmon and prawn wrap uses lettuce as the wrap, a twist on more traditional pub grub.

 Sydney shucked Fresh Oysters.

They were shucking the Fresh Oyster right in front of our eyes! One word: Tantalizing!

Midnight Seafood Rice. The squid ink and seafood stir-fried with rice was so well done it gave off a fragrant aroma once the glass cup holding it up was lifted.

Salted Egg Seafood Pizza was absolutely mouth-watering. Crabmeat, tiger prawns and fish chunks on a salted egg yolk based pizza. The ingredients are generous.

Chicken Rice Pizza.

I live chicken rice and pizza now that Beer Market has Chicken Rice Pizza, I am definitely visiting Beer Market more often. Very creative.
