How did he make that turn?

The ground wasn't even slippery. Was he drunk or what? It was obvious the driver in the car saw the motorcyclist in front of him but he still made a quick turn. And he didn't even do a proper turn.

He hit the bike and then hit the curb.  The worst thing was he blamed the motorcyclist for riding too slow. My god! So irresponsible! The driver got out of his car and started to verbally abuse the motorcyclist! Please. Take responsibility for your own actions. Doh.
