Fabulous Tea Time

During cold weather, what will you be doing? Wouldn't it be nice to be sitting at a cafe drinking tea or coffee and relax at the same time?  I'm a tea lover. Are you a tea lover as well?


Lemon Grass & Peppermint is one of my favorite tea because it relaxes and calms me down when i feel stress. It is one of the good teas that benefit our body. Lemongrass help us digestive tract spasms, stomachache, high blood pressure, convulsions, pain, vomiting, cough, fever, etc. Peppermint is used in common cold, cough, inflammation of mouth and throat, it also help us in digestive problems including heartburn, nausea, vomiting, morning sickness, diarrhea, gas, headache, etc. 




What type of tea do you like? Did you know different types of tea comes from different countries.  Tea can be divide into White Tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Black Tea, Herbal Tea, Rooibos Tea (Red Tea), Blooming Tea (Flowering Tea), Tea Blends (2 or more teas combine together). 



These are the two tea which i will recommend for drinking before sleeping at night because it will helps you sleep well in the night. Peppermint tea can help you relief headache, cold flu and etc. Camomile tea known as flowering tea, it has longstanding medicinal and spiritual uses, and is considered to be a pagan magical herb and thought to treat imbalances associated with the solar plexus chakra.
