Freeing SG; Reality Room Escape Game

Freeing SG is set to take the 5D entertainment landscape in Singapore to a whole new level with the official opening of their first outlet in Singapore today.
Based in the popular 'Freeing HK' model - the first reality room escape game in Hong Kong - Freeing SG gives players the experience of a lifetime as they rack their brains to escape a 'real-life' situation. Inspired by virtual 'Escape Room' video games and web-based browser games, Freeing SG takes the experience further by immersing players in a physical reality to solve puzzles first hand.

There were a few performances on that night that were mind-boggling.

Freeing SG aims to add a new dimension to a Singaporean entertainment scene dominated by movies and shopping. Four to eight players are stuck in a locked room or location where their only way out is to search for clues, solve puzzles and uncover secrets within a given time limit. Say goodbye to mindless amusement - players will really need their wits about them.

Freeing SG's current line up of four rooms will be expanded gradually in batches to a total 1O rooms by the end of October. Players will get to choose themed environments like horror or others where they have to solve a mysterious crime. Freeing SG will also have a dedicated Research and Development team to constantly update its entertainment offerings.
Chairman of Freeing SG, Jordan Deng, wore Terry Yeo's design - Forinsanehuman. Jordan's experience is largely focused on the regional travel and entertainment industry. While in Singapore, he spent several years helming local travel agency Ho Wah Travel before he had his first experience of the locked room concept on one of his frequent trips to Hong Kong.
He was amazed by how the concept turned video games into a real-life experience and how it offered more interactivity and focused thought than a theme park.
Jordan saw the immense potential of the Freeing SG concept and brought the idea to Singapore with a vision to launch the brand across the Asia Pacific region. His target is to open 5O outlets in the next two to three years, and aims for Freeing SG to become a listed company in about five years.
This may not be too far fetched, with locked room games gaining popularity and attention locally. Jordan, however, believes that Freeing SG has the best experience to offer because of its attention to detail, build quality, immersive environment, wide selection of rooms and, most importantly, a dedicated research and development team that scours the globe for the best ideas and improves on them.
Jordan himself loves to travel and take in new experiences in his spare time. He also enjoys networking and meeting new people - something that has stood him in good stead as a savvy businessman.

I was so elated to have a photo moment with Paige Chua whom is one of my favorite actresses.
