The Day I Was Admitted To Hospital Was My Mum's BDAY

My mum bought cake and I get to saviour it. She left a big piece for me.

But the saddest part was that on her birthday, I was admitted to the hospital.

And my mum jokingly said to me, "What a big birthday present!"

The cake was delicious!
