Kenting nightmarket is located on central road - Kenting road in a heart of Kenting.
Night market ends somewhere at Caesar Hotel, so it's about 30 minutes for slow walk through in one direction, and then back.
Weekends and public holidays it's going to be extremely crowded, especially in summer. Come in winter, or weekdays and you will get less people, but then also there will be less merchants in night market.
Almost all houses on Kenting street at first floor have a shop or restaurant, while second and third floor is homestay or small hotel. Of course 99 % of revenues are earned at weekends and holidays. Come weekdays and you can bargain very low price here.
Their prata are way nicer than Singapore's prata!
An adventurous eater will find themselves in heaven. There is everything from deep-fried ice cream (no kidding) to pizza trucks. From intestines, pig’s blood and rice cakes and fermented stinky tofu to your garden variety hamburger. If eating street side don't suit you, you can always pop into any of the myriad restaurants
Once you’re full, you can stagger up and down the street or sit down and watch the masses go by. You’ll find fairgound attractions like shooting balloons with air guns, pachinko, ball games and plenty of other things that might win you a stuffed animal if you keep at it long enough.
Many come to the Kenting Night Market for the shopping. You’ll find all manner of knick knacks and trinkets. If you’re just going to be in Kenting, this is a good place to do your gift shopping. If you plan on seeing a bit more of Taiwan, Kenting has a more tropical selection than you are likely to find elsewhere.
