Chuckwagon is located at corner of 7 Portsdown Road, right next to Temasek Club. They provide a relaxing venue for your lunch or dinner, or even tea break. One can dine in our causal restaurant setting or open-air “alfresco” atmosphere.
Their menu features interesting selections of hip American & Western “makan” fare, in addition to shiok pasta & pizza dishes. All dishes are prepared with utmost love &; attention with quality ingredients. Sample their evergreen Cream of Mushroom or Clam Chowder, both are served in a bun.
Their unforgiving fiery Buffalo wings, crisp &; sinful Onion Rings, lips-smacking BBQ baby back ribs, teasing Black Cod from the North Sea and many more. All above are made tastefully prepared to satisfy your taste buds.
Crisp succulent rings of calamari cooked to tender perfection.
The Lime Margarita was heavenly.
Clam Chowder with Crabmeat and Cream of Mushroom were served in a bun 'bowl'. I'm always a fan of cream of Mushroom and this definitely was one of those mouth-watering ones. This cream of mushroom soup is light and velvety-textured, and it has plenty of mushroom flavor.
From level 0 to 10 for spicyness, we had the level 2. If you're a fan of TOTAL HOTNESS, then you should order level 10. The hot Cheyenne wings are one of those you MUST TRY when you dine at CHUCKWAGON.
Level #1 Level #2 Level #3
“THE GOOD” “THE BAD” “THE UGLY”
“FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE,” the hotness ascend to level #10. Just add $1.20 per level per half dozen from level #3 onwards.
NOTE: All Levels above #3 are at your own risk and discretion.
The raspberry margarita was tasty and strong.
Chuck Fizz is one of the signature drinks. Must Try.
Clam Chowder with Crabmeat. Words cannot describe how delicious the Clam Chowder with Crabmeat was.
Thick chowdery soup.
Mango Margarita.
The Deep Fried Mushrooms was accompanied with the Blue Cheese Dip. It went very well with the mushrooms. Excellent choice of dip.
The onion is sweet, the breading is crunchy, textures are detectable in your mouth. All of the rings are stacked onto a wooden pole! Yeehah!
BBQ Babyback Ribs.
Prosciutto Funghi Pizza. The pizza came quickly and was delicious. All the flavors mixed very well together.
Carbonara Pasta.
The Rib-eye Steak was divine! It's so succulent, tender, and juicy.
Tiramisu (meaning "pick me up" or "lift me up") is a popular coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. And if you are a tiramisu lover, then you wouldn't want to miss out the Tiramisu at Chuckwagon.
Pistachios. If I had to choose between the Tiramisu and Pistachios, I would choose the Pistachios. The Pistachios was sweet and mouth-watering. It was better than I expected it to be!
I fell in love with the Limoncello Lemon with Ice Cream. Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur, when served cold, it helps in digestion.
Overall, I will give 4 stars out of 5 for Chuckwagon BBQ and Grill! It is a must go, must eat restaurant!
