(Food Tasting): Francisca Dessert Parlour

The first thing that struck me as I walked into Millenia Walk was the decor of this place. Great colour scheme, great taste. 


The detail - very good. The Artwork on the walls is fascinating, some American artist has supplied all the art and even created one piece which incorporates the owners thoughts on dessert.





















So I tried the coffee - really good. Locally roasted and extremely fresh. Great taste.










The Vanilla Latte was perfect.



The desserts are all awesome, especially the cupcakes. I just think the local brands are way to sweet and I'm not always sure about what ingredients they use, shortening, too much sugar and the like. Francisca's cupcakes just taste different. 




The cake and frosting are to die for. I don't feel at all guilty when I order another cupcake, and based on how the owner looks it doesn't seem to adversely affect her waistline either!









Extremely good gelato. I heard one of the staff remarking it was the best tasting in Singapore, think they might be right.

The cup cakes are a delight and one can taste that only best ingredients were used.The cappuccino has been the best so far in Singapore and one of the best ever. Not bitter and a good and creamy taste. If you want quality then go there.
