There are alot of varieties of specialties, the popular ones are as follow;.

Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Pancake) Goi xoai (Mango Salad) Ngheu hap sa (Clamps La La) Pho (Beef noodle) Chim cut chien bo (Fried Quail with butter) Bun bo hue (Sliced beef shank with rice noodle) Bun rieu (Crab and tomator soup)

Sliced tender beef shank with thick rice noodles (Bun Bo Hue). Mainly consists of shredded meat and rice noodles. Hue beef noodle soup is served with soy bean, mint, and different kinds of lettuce; in the winter, the recipe is saltier and lemongrass and fish sauce are added.

The Bun Bo Hue at Saigon Vietnamese Delicacy restaurant is die to for! Y.U.M.M.Y.

Vietnamese shaking beef with rice.

Bo luc lac literally translated is beef shaking. The luc lac refers to the "shaking" that occurs when the beef gets tossed in the wok. While most Americans would eat beef in the form of a big steak, most Asians use meat to flavor vegetables and eat it with rice. So take that big steak, dice it, and you'll get this plate of bo luc lac
.
The moment I ate the beefs, I felt as though I just went to heaven. Literally. They were that great. The beefs were really very tender.

We had Avacado (Sinh To Bo) and Durian drinks. Though I am not a durian lover, I love it much. But if I had to choose, I would rather drink the Avacado which tastes like PURRRFECTION.

Vietnamese Udon Soup. Amongst all the food, this would be my least favorite BUT it still taste alright!

Bánh xèo literally "sizzling cake", named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet.

They are served wrapped in mustard leaf, lettuce leaves or banh trang wrappers, and stuffed with mint leaves, basil, fish leaf and/or other herbs, and dipped in a sweet and sour diluted fish sauce.

Absolutely mouth-watering!

Overall, we had a great dining experience. The owner was friendly, the food taste great. It was such an enjoyable night!
