I suggested to Eric that we should have our high tea at Ochacha, a restaurant located at Raffles City, Basement 1.
The spongecake is so-so.
But I love the toast! I give 4 /5.
All the drinks and desserts there are made of ... ? ? ! I dont know. But they are all green in color. Dont ask me la, ask 8 Days.
