You don’t have to visit the spa or the Himilayas to experience some uplifting. All you need is a diffuser, a burner or some reeds. Yes I am talking about essential oils that help calm, invigorate or inspire you. Let’s explore some of them.

Sage – Relives tension, stress and negative emotion. Also uplifts feelings and enhances creativity.


Ginger – Helps cure pain and fever, relives anxiety as well.


Tangerine – Removes mental and physical restlessness, depression and nervous tension. Also relives breathing problems, alongside those of impotency and insomnia.
