Kylie Minogue's Beauty Rules

What does the beautiful pop princess recommend for a flawless look, that she so always pulls off so well?

Rule No. #1) Work with what you got - Sometimes you have to accept the way things are - your height, your bone structure, features that you were born with etc. Kylie's short, and her eyebrows are weird, but 'you've just gotta live with that'. And as a result she's always seen in sky-high heels and NEVER in flats.

Rule No. #2) Body Beauty Essential - Invest in a good Foundation and it will do loads for you on the red carpet, the camera or even at work. MAC, Fresh and Model Co are reputed for their good set of foundations. Try splashing on some glitter as well - I don't mean real glitter, rather, some shimmer powder. You'll be amazed by the wonders it does for your look

Rule No, #3) Find a Fitness Balance - When you're on tour (not literally), you tend to dance a lot and get good arms. But when you want a break from all the madness. Just do nothing. Give your body a treat. Visit the spa, get a massage. Do anything that helps you relax. It's equilibria we're achieving here.

Rule No. #4) Eat Skin Food - Abstain from alcohol, cigarettes, fizzy drinks and junk food. Load up on antioxidants and essential oils. Now that's what I call investing in your body's largest organ. The more you do it, you'll be surprised how quickly it becomes routine.

Rule No. #5) Apply your Sunblock! - We often dismiss it as a chore, but getting your SPFs right can do wonders for your skin. It also prevents you from aging so quickly, which is what the free radicals are made to do - RUIN. Start thinking about aging. It gets you to think about a lot more things.

Rule No. #6) Squeaky Clean - Make sure you cleanse your skin every morning and evening. Remove all traces of make-up, dirt and grime to reveal fresher and healthier skin. Use a muslin cloth or a gentle exfoliator to slough off dead skin cells. And await the radiance that shines from within.
