You are allowed to lose patience with someone who is cruel, or with someone who repeatedly and deliberately does something to annoy you. But why lose your temper when you have to wait in a queue or if there is a delay because of the problem? Nothing will go you way all the time. Remind yourself of this when you begin to feel yourself losing your temper.
