I came up with the word 'The Hoo-cha(s) people'.
Hoo-cha refers to people who are good-looking but have stuck-up attitudes.
E.g.
"OMG! Are you looking at the same direction I am looking at?! The Hoochas are coming! The hoochas are coming."
or...
"Oh my neh neh, I hate the hoochas and they irks me. Look there, the hoochas!"
Hoocha who?
