Agnes b. cafe at Taipei 101 was a very quaint and cozy cafe. Sandwiches, dessert and hot and cold coffee and tea are sold there. The place is a nice place to chill out at Taipei 101, especially after visiting the observation tower. The interesting thing is that the desserts were named female names. When we went there, the cafe was filled with tourists and locals. Be prepared that it might be a little crowded, but the tables and chairs are spaced far enough for it to still be a cozy place. It was also not very noisy, which is a good thing. Be warned though, it might be hard to find seats during peak hours, so do go there earlier.
This is a very good place to just chill out and enjoy the desserts.
