WILD HONEY Pte Ltd to launch SACHA and SONS. Bringing a taste of New York culinary tradition to the heart of Orchard Road.

The Wild Honey group is excited to announce the launch of a brand new and unique concept to Singapore. Sacha and Sons a New York Delicatessen will bring the authentic recipes, tastes and textures of New York’s iconic delis to the heart of SIngapore.

Four years in the making Sacha and Sons will specialize in smoked pastrami, corned beef, roast beef & a selection of smoked fish. Along with other iconic deli offerings like our own dill pickles, latkes, chopped liver, kugel, matzah ball soup  this will be a first for SIngapore.

After extensive research and trial over more than 12 months we have created a unique curing process & special rub for our pastrami to get the most out of each brisket.  Cooked for hours and then steamed on premise in custom made steamers so the color, flavor, texture & temperature render the briskets ready for hand carving.

Hand carved at our deli counter the sandwiches are made to order, served warm on traditional rye and caraway or potato bread with only deli mustard & our own home cured pickles that pack a punch of flavor.au

Sacha and Sons will offer single origin brewed coffee from Common Man Roasters bringing traditional deli coffee up several hundred notches, our own small batch home brewed sodas like Cel -Rey, Ginger Beer, Black Cherry Soda along with a small selection of hand crafted beers.

With design by The Stripe Collective, Sacha and Sons evokes the Lower East Side of the 1920’s. With hand painted signage, pressed zinc ceiling, hand crafted furniture featuring wood and leather, black and white checkered floor, marble accents, family photos & other objects this is anything but your typical deli.

Wild Honey Pte Ltd is a family owned Singapore based company run by husband and wife team Guy Wachs and Stephanie Hancock owners of Wild Honey restaurants.  Having both lived and worked in New York they are absolutely passionate about sharing their personal love of NY deli food to the rest of SIngapore.
