On day 3 of our Taiwan trip, we went to several places - Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village, Sun Moon Lake and Taichung city.
After our hearty breakfast and sight-seeing at Heping Township, we went to Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village!
I recommend you guys to try these rides once you are there.
1. The Caribbean Adventure (加勒比海探險): It is the newest facility at Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village—the water roller coaster is about to take off and take you against the winds and waves. You will plunge from the 35-meter height forward and backward. There will be gigantic splashes!
2. UFO Gyro Drop: As the UFO ascends slowly; you will appreciate the beauty of the mountains and the woods. Take the highest (85 meters) free fall in Taiwan. Experience the exhilaration of the gyro going up and the sudden drop. You need great courage to try it.
3. Air Cable Car: It is the first loop air cable car in Taiwan. Overlook the beauty of the mountains and the woods in Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village with the flying birds in the breeze.
These are the must-see shows!
1. Naruwan Theater: The beautiful and tender A-Mei Tribe Girls and the brave Tau warriors... The tribal peoples in Taiwan sing and dance passionately at Naruwan Theater.
2. Sacrificial Rites: Different from the dazzling programs of Naruwan Theater, the sacrificial rite performance resembles that of the traditional sacrificial rite. The mystique and passion of the aboriginals are presented. You can play as the chief in the on-stage activity, too.
3. Shih Yin Theater: The voices, instruments, and music of the aboriginal people are introduced. You are invited to play the various percussion instruments yourself.
