After hearing some creative injection in making latte art, soon we made our way to Coffee Stain by Joseph
We actually had quite a hard time to locate this coffee place, due to the unique architecture of Publika building which proved to be quite misleading at times. Nevertheless, we found it eventually after some good 15 mins walking up and down the escalator towards the as fresco shop lots each floor.
The café was decently decorated with the various equipment that were used to brew the coffees, rucksack bags depicting the coffee bean types, chalky-like board listing down the arrays of menu that were offered and some simple artsy graphic displays on the wall.

This coffee place was a family business, where the eldest brother was in charge of food preparation in the kitchen, though his mom was a great chef by profession, according to one of the staff, dad helping with order takings while sister preparing the beverage, and latte art with the rest of the team. It was quite a warm sight to see every member working towards the same goal. Good effort guys!
