Let me tell you a short story.
When you meet Singaporeans, their cancel appointment rate is 96.7%. When you meet Malaysians, their cancel appointment rate is 12.1% and when you meet Taiwanese, their cancel appointment rate is 1.3%. That's why I hardly meet Singaporeans nowadays, coz their cancel appointment rate is even higher than my having diarrhea rate.
