Cheese Papa is located at level 4, Att4Fun building which is quite near to Taipei 101. They have set meals which cost as cheap as 99NT.
I recommend the banana milkshake and the Sakura milkshake!
Oh and don't forget to order the waffles! Eat while it's hot!
