Kota Kinabalu: Kedai Kopi Yee Fung
I love Yee Fung, for so many reasons!
No. 1, they serve good food, from laksa to claypot chicken rice.
No. 2, their service is fast. If you can find a seat, from ordering the food to finishing your food, it will only take approximately 30 minutes! Good for those who are in a hurry.
No. 3, they serve the best iced lemon tea in town! Well, to me their iced lemon tea is very good, don't know to others though.
No. 4, prices of the food is fairly reasonable, a bowl of small laksa is around RM5, the claypot chicken rice is around RM 7 (comes with complimentary boiled soup). Food prices here in KK, if you can find anything RM5 or less, it's a miracle, I'm talking about proper meal, not 'economic noodles'. So at Yee Fung, your lunch will cost you less than RM10 (inclusive of drinks).

Even after 10pm, most stalls and restaurants were still open!
Some of the bars may require you to buy a drink at the entrance. This serves two purposes. First, they then don't charge a cover charge and ensure you will buy a drink, and secondly, they make sure the venue doesn't fill up with idle on-lookers. If you just want to have a quick look to check out the venue, you can tell the doorman this, or you can simply say you will buy the drinks inside. Either way, you will get your drink, no need to worry.

Lunch with my Netherlands Friend
I didn't exactly have much time with him! But I manage to have lunch with him and toured him around Botanic Gardens.
