Lindsay Lohan was among a group of guests interviewed by police on Monday (20Aug12) in a bid to aid their investigation and locate some expensive jewellery which had been reported missing following a bash at the home on Sunday (19Aug12).
Lohan was said to have been fully co-operative with cops and insisted she had nothing to do with the missing gems, but critics have cast doubt on the actress' innocence as she was previously convicted on a misdemeanour theft charge.
However, Lohan has taken issue with detractors' comments and she has blasted them for trying to sabotage her career comeback.
In a post on Twitter.com, she writes, ""All of this negative press is BS (bulls**t).... Whenever I'm doing great, people fabricate lies. It's such a shame. I'm just sayin'"".
