We had our dinner at Old Town Coffee at Jurong Point. The food are yummy but the service there is so poor.
I will not patronize the Old Town in J.P anymore.
I rarely write bad reviews on products, food etc. This time it is a need.
Jen and I waited for quite some time outside before proceeding in. The 'best' part - I ushered us in. None of the staffs took notice of us. WTF?
It was 8.45p.m and it took more than 10 minutes to be seated though there's nobody at the queue except for us.
We wanted to order the dinner special which is from 7pm - 9pm.
AGAIN, the staffs did not took notice of us. HELLO? ARE WE GHOSTS?
Minutes later, a lady who barely speaks English took our order. We asked her nicely if we could order the dinner special but she kept shaking her head and saying No no no no no no no.
Then we look at the time and it was already 9.04p.m
You see, it's not our fault that we couldn't order the dinner special. It was them.
If they took notice of us, we could have ordered the dinner special. Urgh!
