St Anne's Winery, 64 Garrards Lane, Myrniong

St. Anne's Winery is a successful family owned and operated business and was established by the McLean family in 1972.

Nestled among the gorgeous Pentland Hills, approximately 50-minute drive from the city of Melbourne and around 25-30 minutes from the historic town of Ballarat, St Anne's Winery –Myrniong is just off the freeway but far enough away that it is peaceful and surrounded by natural, beautiful scenery and well-kept grounds.

St Anne's is committed to being clean and green and is committed to reducing their carbon footprint as much as they can. In order to reduce weeds and to reduce the need for sprays, they have sheep who roam free on specific sections of the property.

The Winery uses drip irrigation to reduce water usage and soil probes to measure the actual amount of water needed to effectively grow their produce. They also have an onsite water recycling plant that recycles 100% of the waste water from the winery and bottling plant.

St Anne's is open 7 days a week so you can pop in anytime and take a look around, purchase your favorite brew or do a bit of wine tasting at the Cellar door before choosing a new favorite.

The cellar is beautifully laid out and eye catching. The staff friendly and welcoming and more than willing to help you find anything you may be looking for. Have you bought something from St Anne's before but cannot remember what it was called? (Yes, this was my experience). Just ask them and they will be glad to assist you in finding it.
