The Apartment @ KLCC
At the Apartment, there's a soft breeze blowing, the aroma of food and coffee in the air, holiday music playing, the promise of delicious things happening in the kitchen, and cakes showing off in the glass cabinets, promising a sweet ending to the meal. Here is a place to kick off your shoes, relax with friends or family, and share the joys of the everyday and special occasions.
I was here a few weeks ago to try their delicious red velvet cake!
Their Red Velvet cake is proportionately well with equal amount of moist cake and cream cheese frosting. Other than that, it is also pleasing to the eye. With a dash of thick strawberry sauce on top and a drizzle of chocolate sauce at the bottom, it’s hard to concentrate on which part you should start eating first!

Congrats on Rita Ora's Final 3 Girls
X Factor judge Rita Ora had to decide live on air which three Girls she would be taking through to this year's live studio shows.
It comes as part of this year's revamped Judges' Houses, calling on the judges make their final decisions in front of a live studio crowd at Wembley's Fountain Studios.
Ms Ora was the last mentor to make her choices. It followed Cheryl and Simon's choices last night and Nick's decision at the start of the show.
The Body On Me singer had one last audition to help her make her decision, which was held in LA with guest mentor Meghan Trainor on hand to advise.
Congrats Louisa, Kiera and Lauren!
I AM.
Because most people have been hurt before, they have become a little cautious or guarded.
So, when the right person comes along, do not be afraid to invite them in or work fearlessly to remove their guarded armour in a loving way.
HOPE
I am always looking for HOPE. Because if you don't, you will be stuck looking for nothing. HOPE. It keeps you going. HOPE. It makes you stronger.
ANTIPODEAN CAFE @ BANGSAR
Antipodean – pronounced “an·tip·o·de·an” (adj)
means
(1) coming from or relating to Australia or New Zealand
(2) Ancient Greek: anti “opposed” pous “foot” opposite points on the globe.
Antipodean is a kiwi style cafe that has taken KL city by storm. Serving good coffee and a delicious breakfast spread, this little premise is packed to the brim almost every morning. Expect to see expats with kids and/or their pets in tow, as this place is extremely child/animal friendly. Hence securing a table can be a difficult matter; so it is better to come in a group of 2-4 as they only have 2 tables which catered to big group.
Big Breakfast – RM18
Toast, choice of bacon, chicken, beef or pork sausages, mushrooms, hash brown & scrambled eggs.
It is a must order at Antipodean Cafe! It was so hearty and wholesome. The generous portion is more than enough to feed two ladies with small stomach. The pork bacon/sausage stood out amongst the other for its smokey flavour and perfect texture. The scrambled eggs were so moist, with a nice buttery whiff. I also love the home made hash brown which packed a punch. It is a very substantial dish.
I Give Haraju Cube 4 stars out of 5!
If you're a fan of 'After You' Dessert Cafe in Bangkok, then you must really make a visit to Haraju-Cube to satisfy your cravings for Japanese honey toast! For those who have not heard of it, Japanese honey toast is a whole loaf of bread encasing towering bricks of cube-shaped bread, decked with extravagant toppings such as ice creams, fruits, nuts and whipped cream.
Seeking for something savoury? Haraju-cube has gotten you covered too! It offers savoury sliced toast that comes in interesting combinations such as mayo-egg, ham-cheese, wafu-tuna and so on, which are priced from RM10.90 onwards.
Oh, I love the butterscotch milk. I ordered another one after I finished drinking the first.
Haraju-Cube can easily be located, as it is just directly above Texas Chicken at Empire Damansara. The full-fledged menu is served from 18 March 2015 onwards, so do hop over for the sweet and savoury treats!

A trip to Mines Mall at Seri Kembangan
This place is a must visit when in KL. It is a distance from the city center but worth the trip. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping stores from branded to the ordinary. The Food Mall at the bottom level is great shopping as you can browse thru a lot of stuff. There is lots to do for all - the young and the the old. The boat ride is a must as it gives a great feeling of Venice.
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka with Brandon.
It was a great meet-up with Brandon. We dined at Hokkaido Ramen. I regretted not ordering the ramen because the food I ordered was BLAND.
#meetup with Malaysian artiste #ryanchoi

LIFE IS just like MOVING CARS
Life is just like moving cars behind you. They don't really care if you are there. Just like people, they don't really care if you're there. You have to make an impression.
VCR Cafe, Kuala Lumpur
VCR, known for their King cake and brunch items, is no stranger to cafe hoppers. But have you tried their Brioche French Toast topped with a generous scoop of espresso ice cream? The tanginess of the berry compote cuts the richness of the mocha drizzle and espresso ice cream, not leaving you with an intense food coma. Most people would consider French toast a breakfast food, but who cares, what time you have this, really.
